25/7/2019 10:49 | M5 're Mr Trader. Whats the expectation of tomorrow's opening price? Enough volumes and other criteria to have a good stab at that now. If it closes at this exact price, will you hold long for the morning? ... And what's your three month expectation? . What is the fund flows here? What is the long-term money flows doing? Can you quickly tell me the competitor outlooks in the same index please. Each of them. Where will crude be in a two week outlook? How will the currency be at next report 're the one they report P&L In? Come on Mr Trader. I'm only asking the basics here. Trading for dummies book standard. You need to know this even if a good day scalper. I wont ask you the really cool stuff. As that's what you want to knock 're my ways. So give me the basics. Only asked 3% of them. | sentimentrules
25/7/2019 10:43 | FYI, I traded from 43p to 55p recently, did ok. I have a smaller position now as we are in a support area. If that support breaks I will be out. Simples. I just don't feel the childish need to post every 5 seconds, analyse every tiny price movement and destroy a thread. What will be will be and you act accordingly. | m5
25/7/2019 10:36 | Everybody has a methodology or methodologies. And you use whatever tools you decide to apply to the premise of those methods. Your a trader? I'm a nun. | sentimentrules
25/7/2019 10:33 | Howling with laughter. I am not a long term holder, I am a trader, and you are full of it. Your last post, but one, so you work out of of two PREMISES do you? So funny. Anyway I will leave you to talking to yourself. | m5
25/7/2019 10:29 | I did well robbing mugs like you daily in markets. And you only prove how easy that has been. 53000 posts....HUR on good news days.. .buy buy buy. Whats the all time high price? I bet that's your aggregate holdings number. | sentimentrules
25/7/2019 10:23 | You have done well over many years, PMSL. Yea that well you spend morning, noon, and night trolling a message board. Always a true sign of a winner. Unbelievable. | m5
25/7/2019 10:15 | Guess there will be a few dittos to that tournesol! | scaleyman
25/7/2019 10:13 | I have done well over many year's, based on two simple premises 1. Somebody in the city always knows prior. 2. They will make a quiet market move before price ever moves. Just gotta spot it. | sentimentrules
25/7/2019 10:09 | I just realised that I'm like an old lag who is ready to retire but wants to pull off one last big job. I've been investing in oil companies for 30-40 years with some amazing successes (eg Dana) and some amazing failures (eg Regal). I should be spending my declining years on the Costa del Sol with good books and a thoughtful cellar and here I am instead surrounded by other old lags and planning a last heist. Have I still got what it takes? Or am I past it? Am I going to blow a really good retirement by greedily chasing a fantastic one? Is Hurricane really as brilliant an opportunity as it seems to me? Am I just addicted to playing the game? Answers on a post card to Chateau Moulinsart. | tournesol
25/7/2019 10:07 | Can't remember who. Somebody here in the recent past mentioned the market cap. You marry that to how you see city money... only one result | sentimentrules
25/7/2019 10:03 | Agree bloodhound. But this lot are missing something key in all the flows. And be damned if I'm gonna tell em. Money as you know, marks future or imminent good/bad news. Let them learn lad. Lol | sentimentrules
25/7/2019 09:59 | There is only one real make or break factor for Hur and that is the outcome of the Lancaster EPS as judged after 6-12 months. If it meets/exceeds Hur's expectations then we have lift off. If not then we don't. Everything else is really a detail, many of those details are important but they pale into insignificance next to the basic thumbs up or thumbs down result of the EPS. I should add that it is not a simple matter of whether or not the amount of oil that has been produced matches expectations. What matters is how the reservoir behaves - does the down hole pressure respond to production in the manner expected? Will it support long term continuing production and further development of the field? The second priority for investors is the result of the remaining 2 wells in the current drilling programme in the Greater Warwick Area. Good outcomes there will open up a second front for Hur. It should be said that even very good outcomes would not compensate for a disappointment at Lancaster but they could perhaps provide a consolation prize which would save investors being wiped out altogether. The result we all want of course is a successful outcome at the EPS AND ALSO success at GWA. That would give us enough thrust that we would reach escape velocity. Apart from the EPS and the GWA drilling, everything else we talk about here is really just filling in time. There's nothing wrong with that of course. | tournesol
25/7/2019 09:51 | Routine well established now: You know who sells into retail buying strength - price weakens on selling - you know who stops selling - retail sees a lower price and starts buying again - you know who sells into buying strength. Net result share price going nowhere fast.... All positive news will be met with the same cycle only at a higher price given positive news. BH | bloodhound
25/7/2019 09:44 | Yes patience is required. HUR are doing everything right but institutional investors will wait for the EPS data to be scrutinised. | bocase

25/7/2019 09:34 | Wow. I see a guy called chessman has a grasp on the funds in all this. Shrewd guy. Leaking shares. We probably have a different view on the end result but nice to see somebody not looking at a free barge app for direction hyper. | sentimentrules

25/7/2019 09:29 | The current share price level is indeed very frustrating and knocks the patience from many of us holders. Unfortunately we have nearly 2b shares in issue and I wonder if a US investor in at the 34p fund raising level is slowly feeding the market. Having said that I do not believe we have much longer to wait. Perhaps 6/9 months or even a year. If the forthcoming drills are successful, and they should be, we should leap to a higher level and more importantly attract much more attention. | chessman2
25/7/2019 09:14 | Hyper why don't you start a thread on climate change one day if you get time? .. It might educate people and I think even a great thread to give people some educated value in markets if they use it right. Win win. | sentimentrules
25/7/2019 08:58 | Hyper I reckon the world could even reverse it 1 degree by 100 year's time if act now. | sentimentrules
25/7/2019 08:56 | Billy starts the ball.. 1/10 | sentimentrules
25/7/2019 08:51 | Excellent. Thank you. Now for my daily commentary to 10p . Will this be a bargain or a dud at 28.75p? That's the only question for the next period. | sentimentrules |
