Commercial oil surrounding the whole of the immediate region we are drilling in...most likely looking at 90% COS or at the very least oil shows. 26/26 access rate on commercial finds.. risk/reward at £25m cap inc £6m cash looks amazing and expect to see share price of 10p within the next few weeks to bring our cap of £50m closer to its past peers for a similar operation.. Alaska oiliest place on the planet apparently | ssrover

31/1/2019 07:55 | Fatnacker Wind should not be a problem if they point into it. | buzzzzzzzz
31/1/2019 07:53 | yes, but where do you get 15mph from as MT and windy.com both say northeasterly over 20kn (gusting to 31kn but calming later) | bountyhunter
31/1/2019 07:50 | We all seem to be getting different forcasts lol | fatnacker
31/1/2019 07:49 | Light breeze 15 mph generally southerly outlook for tomorow settled., I suspect there's not much swell, can they cope with 15 mph wind and hook up or wait untill it dies down overnight. | fatnacker
31/1/2019 07:47 | Certainly no mill pond right now with a 26kn NE wind according to MT although windy has it as 23kn windspeed with swell at 1.9m and waves at 3.1m for 9am | bountyhunter
31/1/2019 07:44 | Trouble is I have never heard the Shipping Forecast use terms such as Flat calm or Millpond!!! | buzzzzzzzz
31/1/2019 07:41 | Ah! Fingers crossed? :)) | rayrac

31/1/2019 07:32 | Well after close, so perhaps traded in US... and 63.7 cts would have been c. 49p. | steve73
31/1/2019 07:23 | A trade showing of 63.7p, over 1.1m. Explain that? | rayrac

31/1/2019 02:30 | fwiw, if anyone's around, the AM went off-line about 2 hours ago (just after midnight), still around 3-4 km from the buoy. Looks like was pointing "towards" the buoy, but "crabbing" sideways. Perhaps heading into the wind, and drifting with the currents/tide; getting a feels for the surroundings. I'm guessing it will now be moving into position to make an attempt at first light. Yes, I know the AM is lit up like a Christmas tree, the hook-up can probably be done at night, and the turret that the buoy is being pulled into is enclosed anyway so it makes little difference, but the master will probably prefer to see his surroundings. So if pull-in and hook-up is completed in the morning, and a rotation test completed in the afternoon we COULD get an RNS before close today. | steve73
31/1/2019 01:17 | Fatnacker, I take your word for it, but they have been `hanging about' for over a week. | mhin2
31/1/2019 00:51 | The am dosnt need tugs, it uses DP, the vessels that appear close show tracks that are up to 10 hours old, they long gone by now. | fatnacker
31/1/2019 00:34 | I always thought that the `tugs and special craft' were waiting for the AM. So 3/4 to provide additional stability...they seem to be positioning themselves, but does not seem all are in position yet. I thought Friday/sat was the most calm, but good to have a wide window in which to get ready for this crucial event. | mhin2
30/1/2019 23:54 | I can’t get any data for it that is why i’m asking. All it tells you is it’s ‘Tugs & Special Craft. When looking at the ‘Past track’ of the AM the other vessel is not showing but when you click ‘refresh map’ to get the up to date info on the AM the other vessel shows up right next to her, less than 1km away. | damac
30/1/2019 23:51 | It's an old track, check the time of last reported position. | fatnacker
30/1/2019 23:48 | Does anyone have any idea what the ‘Tugs & Special Craft’ vessel is that is currently right next to the AM? It is not the Grampian Dynamic as that is sitting off to the East of the AM. | damac
30/1/2019 23:01 | AM stopped if not immediately over the buoy then certainly very close to it now... Position Received: 3 minutes ago (2019-01-30 22:53 (UTC)) Area: UKC - North Sea Latitude / Longitude: 60.13267° / -3.860167° Status: Stopped Buoy: 60.18° / -3.87° Read more at | bountyhunter |
