08/7/2018 20:20 | Farmscan - I subscribe to SharePad, so I find that information there - but it won't let me cut and paste - details are: Kerogen - 21.9% Crystal Amber - 6.9% Pelham Capital - 6.2% Capital Group Companies Inc. - 3.9% Robert Trice - 1.3% | puzzler2
08/7/2018 20:09 | Puzzler: Where can I find the major shareholders holdings please? I have looked on the website and last annual report, but I can't find it. I always thought it had to be listed. TIA | farmscan
08/7/2018 19:11 | puzzler2 hope your right in my mind a cheap bid of £1.30p could succeed , management have promised value for shareholders, and drt in the last interview indicated shareholders will decide, how much they envisage the co is worth at this stage I don't know.i hope we get to first oil before a compulsory purchase, any negativity here seems to have evaporated I anticipate further rises over the longer term | laserdisc
08/7/2018 18:54 | chopsy page 50 of environmental document gives details of sub sea risers if you have not got a copy I can message the link, many longtermers obtained this hard copy etc 18mths ago its a good document to read if you have the time 312 pages | laserdisc
08/7/2018 18:36 | With Kerogen, three other funds and Trice holding 40% collectively, I would hope that there is sufficient back-stop against a low-ball bid - and there would be more chance of this grouping getting the best deal for all shareholders if indeed we do find BP and Shell or Equinor (Statoil) bidding against each other. I'm hoping that the outcome will either be very good, or spectacularly good. | puzzler2
08/7/2018 18:16 | I’d be happy at that Puzzler , if Venezuela and the Bentley Field can get there Oil to the surface I cannot see why we cannot , massive reserves there’s but my concern is that HUR will be unable to really monetise there assets so the EPS is just a starter for the big boys to take over lock stock and barrel , and if it is a combination of a few ergo no major bidding war . I’m myself perhaps not fully looking through rose tinted glasses envisage £2.00 within a years time | gibso6767
08/7/2018 17:51 | Say 2.6bn barrels 2P at say €3, so £6bn - divided by 2bn shares, but say 2.5bn because of dilution and directors' incentives = £2.40. That doesn't recognise the value of the 2C, which as Trice says in that last interview, they want to prove up (before there's a bidding war). I would have thought that there will be a bidding war, so the share price could get to say £3.50? That would make your 35,000 shares worth £122,500. Happy for someone to tell me why I'm wrong and why it will be much more! | puzzler2
08/7/2018 16:40 | So ladies gentlemen what's 35000 shares worth in 18 months time | simonlee40
08/7/2018 14:22 | Telbap the Lse discussion is fairly general, so no specifics there on my question. But the presentation says "with chains and spiral twist wires" so so I don't know the exact format of the connection to the BUOY, nor how the chains will be lifted. One of the vessels on the presentation is a heavy lifting vessel, so maybe there are cranes there. Probably the chains are lifted by the wires? | chopsy
08/7/2018 13:52 | I've just watched the Dr T / Malcy interview again. Malcy's getting better but I just wish he'd given Dr T a few more seconds to fully answer the Q's put to him instead of Malcy second guessing and jumping in at important junctures....drives me nuts. Malcy - Dr T's there to answer your questions, please let him do it and don't answer for him. Good interview none the less. BH | bloodhound
08/7/2018 13:40 | good questions - the weather is good for the next 10 days at least , given that it is relatively shalllow water ( for wos ) then i think that 2-3 chains pulled per day would be about right . RNS middle to end of next week would be my guess .next thing to look out for is the manifold - if we see this being loaded over the next 3-4 then we can probably say that the subsea is ahead of schedule after that then it will be our fpso setting " sail " and that is where the countdown to first oil begins and the clock starts ticking , if it sets sail before mid August then we get First Oil this year , if it drifts into setember then early 2019 would be more realistic imo.Posted lse bellniperbearThanks | zztop

08/7/2018 12:51 | How will they raise the chains which are presumably now on the seabed? Will they use a crane or flotation devices? | chopsy
