Well I've just ordered my Hard Copy of the EPS / Environmental Publication , hope it fits through the letterbox.
Far more tactile and easier than a screen , will now purchase some Highlighters !

The Buzz is getting louder and more widespread

RUN PROG:

IF "Halifax" = Duster THEN GOSUB 1

SUB1 Bummer but we've still got a lot of oil and big potential share price gains!

END

IF "Halifax" = Stand alone field THEN GOSUB2

SUB2 Whoopee we've got even more oil and massive potential share price gains!

END

IF "Halifax" is a connected field THEN GOSUB3

SUB3 Mega potential share price gains our lives will potentially never be the same again.

END

My son is immediately identifiable, Ginger , Wingnut type ears and an overbite that's akin to an ironing board .

The glass is very half full and the £2.50 I posted on Thursday could easily be passed but it's self confidence of holding at £1.00 plus will sort the men from the boys .

Hopefully unless I can get a cheeky £1,000 buy on Monday we might get to a record high shareprice

Lads, if we get £3 / share, I'll never be heard from again!

OT:

"Christ knows how many kids I've got"

It sounds like you've had (are having) quite a life Terry. How many barrels of IPA consumed resulted in a child arriving? From what I've read so far you're going to need an share price of £3+ for the great get together;-)

Ray - I'm not at all ignoring PoO, and it did cause me some concern yesterday, but to say the discoveries will be irrelevant if oil returns to $40 I think is alarmist. When we were getting dramatic share price enhancing news from Lancaster, oil was nearer $45, and it spent much of last year between $40 and $50; whilst HUR's share price went into orbit. There are plenty of arguments on either side for whether PoO will decline, but as gibso says, our relatively low production costs make our assets more attractive than others' in a low oil price environment. Furthermore, with record low discoveries of new fields, the majors gearing themselves up for another acquisition cycle, and quality fields - and major discoveries - in shorter supply, I'd say there are plenty of reasons beside PoO for why HUR can be relatively resilient in these markets.

I'd say that HURs cost oil at $32 and lower would make itself a massive bonus if this was to happen re poo decline .

Surely now this WH Irelsnd and HURs own EPS literature is out and about a rise must acknowledge this

"had frankly forgotten all about Whirlwind anyway"

That's like forgetting you've got four kids instead of three;-)

BP said at the late 2016 share fair in ABZ that it is planning its North Sea biz at around $55

Last month, there was a near 1m bpd gap between global supply and demand for oi, with demand oustripping supply, according to the IEA. The US EIA sees things differently (of course)

RayRAC. That's spot price. $40 oil only a problem if it is sustainable.

Only one thing bothers me with HUR and all the other oils. The falling price of oil. It's very close to $50 and if it breaks below that, then we could eventually see $40...or less!

Then the size of any find would be irrelevant.

Thanks BH - sorry I was similarly indisposed to gibso, and in the fog of the libations was thinking Typhoon; but had frankly forgotten all about Whirlwind anyway!Flaming Norah, if the market doesn't get the picture about how serious this outfit is as this tome is digested, then the market is an ass. This is a beautiful invitation to quietly take your position before the RNS run begins.

Gibso, that statement intrigued me too... Halifax not connected? I think the jury is out;, that is a huge document that takes an age to produce and an absolute bore to check (such things being the worst jobs ever for engineers). So what I am saying is the drill is still turning, so the document is already out of date. Take it as conservative last know data point x weeks ago. Connection probably had not been proved then so all to play for still. But the talk of it being a new reservoir intrigues..... now I can imagine they hit pay dirt soon enough to be included but maybe not DST or OWC. I am still :-))

The pdf document was created on 6 March and last modified on Wed 8 March (from file properties), so only a week old.

From the HUR webpage: "The public consultation period is now open for 28 days [from 9 March] until 13 April 2017"

But also by default that Halifax has no connection to Lancaster ??

So it's was 3 massive Ines rather than 4 .

Either way we have 3 one of which is mammoth or 4 massive elephant size discoveries ( apologies if incorrect taxonomy has been used with pachyderms but I've had 8 bottles of cobra and a packet of monster munch to quell hunger pangs ).

Crux being we have 4 hopefully 3 Oil fields , 3 including one world class discovery .

Read that again , our glass is overflowing hur holders
