The Guardian - If you take ADVFN share trade data at face value, then we've been marked down 5 flippin % on 350k net sells (roughly £180k) crackers!

"which well was that?
and where?"

And was Dr Trice involved?

I find it strange that anyone should be selling at the very time when I would expect floods of buying. Maybe a lot of current holders are risk averse.

I have every confidence in Dr Trice.

IG Level 2, CFD's, I think two trades a month and it's free, you need to check. I also use them for one of my ISA accounts, think it's £6 a trade, been with them a few years, very happy.

By the end on the Month we'll know all.

Well , I wrongly assumed yesterday that vessels where booked for the Spitsbergens move , I'd say judging by the length of time on this well it's not a duster ( doesn't mean it's the opposite) but it looks like HUR want to text this well .

They have enough money to allow for this as it will have been priced in the contract , this campaign apart from weather and this wells respud has been brilliantly executed .

Someone intimated going back at a later date to test if not now due to weather and Spitsbergens other obligations, but I'd now say stay till the bitter end test as much as time will allow and needed .

Then that's our line in the sand .

I for one was expecting an Operational Update early next week , but uncertain now

Looking at the north sea activity lists, no mention or requirements for a rig move

Currently a couple of supply vessels heading out to the rig on marine traffic

Work still in progress

DamacI used to use Level2 with ShareScope and it is very reasonable but you have to subscribe to either ShareScope or Sharepad. I still use ShareScope (& get Sharepad for a reduced price).

Off topic post regarding level 2.
Does anyone use Level 2 provided by quote stream (iii). It looks good value at £24 per month.
Any others I should be looking at?
I did ponder ADVFN's but at £85 per month ( unless I have misread) that feels rather steep.
Any experiences / costs that contributors are happy to share would be appreciated. Thank you.
HH

You can get Level 2 on here for £43 per month.

Transocean Spitzbergen

From PMO Finals today; Looks like PMO are taking the Spitzbergen in the summer. There was mention a month or so back from Durrant regards talking to Hurricane.... interesting, interesting will the Spitz be back for more than just Solan?. I hope so, watch this space!

"A decision has been taken to contract the Transocean Spitzbergen, which has been working in the area close to Solan, to install two ESPs in P1 following the failure of the existing single ESP during February."

I thought a DST had been completed a week or so ago but I bow to superior knowledge which others on LSE say has not been done.

Perhaps, in view of the bad weather, HUR carried on drilling to find the oil water level. In any event I'm sure we will find out by Monday if not before.

In the meantime I am unable to register on the WH Ireland site which I gather gives certain interesting information on Halifax. Are they keeping that info quiet? And who is the big buyer? Another institution, WH Ireland client or a big oilie building a stake?

Last anchor rather than lady anchor , at no point is that faux pas in my last post a Freudian slip and neither is this a 'Methinks he doth protest too much '

One simple mistake ,,don't know why I bother ,

There's a topic of conversation re ongoing if not completed latest well on lse !

I haven't a clue as such and a previous post I made was taken from rumours and conjecture gleaned from lse HUR BB .

Now if the posts re AHVs Anchir handling vessels are correct and Tugs then I'd say they have or in the process of making safe , pulling riser BOP etc .

Now like I said I don't know if any of this has happened or not , so as I see it HUR will have allowed for such events and every Well has came in on time or early , and they will have cash for any delay , in fact a quick funding I'd say would be massively oversubscribed to allow for DST ( weather window ).

Uncertain as to when Repsol are down to take Spitsbergen but it's all very confusing .

Must admit what with 100 plus men onboard and choppers coming and going and all types of vessel at hand they are keeping a tight ship ?

Not certain why I've posted this , perhaps to create a rapport or glean information from more adept posters than myself .

Some large out of hours trades reported .

Mind you either way I'd say surely a change is about to happen when the Spitsbergen has pulled its lady anchor
