Leeson, I did have a grumble I'll admit ;). Traded some over Friday / yesterday for a couple of easy grand, well done me; looks like that wasn't clever enough. I'm just glad I have what is for me a substantial holding. Think I'll sit back and enjoy the ride to a quid now, then there will be some decisions to be made...

I'm certainly liking the volume, even more than the share price. I also think there's serious institutional buying now. If so, it is likely to continue for many moons to come.

The market cap is certainly interesting too. Now we're over £500m, there'll be a big increase in the number of funds that can invest - and because they're big funds, they won't be buying small if they elect to participate.

thx chessman, i think HUR allowed ~15 days into the schedule for any possible hitched on the lincoln drill, so a one or two day drill delay is otherwise something we'd have never known and all within schedule..

but yes, halifax, given it maybe analogous or continuous to lancaster/lincoln, is rather exciting... :-)

According to an ex rig/drilling man on another board the lincoln drill may be delayed for a day or two. See below.

Nothing serious just a time delay....the casing string could not reach depth,probably sticking on ledges(stringers) left after drilling 12 1/4 section...casing was probably run conventionally..that is there was not an overdrive system incorporated which could have rotated the casing string past the ledge...so they had to recover the amount of casing run and went in with drill string to clean the hole at the sticky depth.

The interesting news is that.....on an upside the word is halifax could be the elephant maker..mucho excitement...

I suspect more institutions are jumping in.

New to this share - thanks to The Guardian for tipping it. Looked at the story, liked it and bought a few this am. If it begins to unfold as it looks like it will I'll be back for more pretty quickly.
