Im agree ,sticking with this one , not much action at the moment results in march could make it interesting.

I've been buying here lately...organic and acquisition growth...spread of business sectors...geographically diversified with US being near 50% of the earnings...low P/E...progressive dividend policy.

Seemingly you get a lot for a low purchase price!

HNT could be a major beneficiary of The Supreme Court proposal to lift any limits on corporate political advertising and lobbying. How much will the US banks be spending to try and overturn the recent bank proposals? They have a presence in the US lobbying industry through Dutko Worldwide Holdings, Inc.

Their global healthcare clients will also be positioning themselves given the US healthcare proposals.

A very interesting growth stock on a modest rating.

Out of 5 brokers covering the stock 4 have a buy rating on them and 1(Evo) has it as neutral.Consensus forecast is for PBT of near £24m with EPS of 8p and a dividend of 2.9p.

The company has already said they will meet forecasts which means the stock is trading on an earnings multiple 7.4x for the year just started. The dividend yield is also healthy at 4.7%

One to tuck away imo.

Yes, buying back your own shares is obviously one that grabs a bit of atttention. The motivation for doing so is either for the purpose of making a good investment or for supporting the price.

To be honest the Dutko aquisition RNS item which stated:

"* consideration shares to be issued based on a share price of 64.1p per share"

is (I think) having some bearing on what the perceived value of the current share price should be (I think it makes up part of the reason for the stagnated price).

I also think that the profitibility short to medium term is an almost unknown entity. Medium to long term HNT should be a great investment, a company with fanastic future, BUT what I would like to see is broker analysis...

Anyone?

The share price rise (from a very oversold position) during the first 10 months of 2009 coincided with the share buy-back program. It has now been restarted for the close period until the results in March and it will be interesting to see whether the support this undoubtedly gives will have the same effect again.

I think that we will trade in a range until we have some news.

Mostly the market is divided on 1 side by supporters of the company's medium term business model and on the other side by those worried about exceptional costs.

The financial calendar is: -

Financial year end 31 December
Preliminary results March
Annual report published April
Annual General Meeting 14 May 2009
Interim results August

So pre-lims are up next. (Unless we get some interim news). BUT I have noticed that HNT are not that "talkative" (which is not helpful).

So my view is: The share price is likely to uplift in the last few weeks prior to statement OR immediately after the statement OR not at all...

That said I reckon these are a buy at the current share price - For those of us with a little patience.

I'm also waiting on the sidelines with this one.

It's been trading in this range since early November so will wait for a breakout. No boats have been missed yet.

Don't picking these up for 70p ish if it starts to look very bullish

(I am currently sat on the sidelines watching). This one does look way to cheap.

I agree with the recent posts: Some selling (short term traders NOT liking the exceptional costs); some buying (investors with intelligence with a longer view).

I am thinking: Value AND growth. I like the potential recovery in the market (not yet priced in like some sectors); I like the rationalisation (the exceptional costs are not for fun); I like the USA aquisition and finally I like the diversification to a more global approach (bringing us full circle -back to potential recovery).

So...timing, when shall I buy?
