Afternoon Scoob.

Prices are leaping up here, Las Vegas attained the Raiders and Golden Knights and I think this is encouraging a lot of people to move here. Add to this there’s not a lot of land left in the Vegas Vally, and we see my house jump $20k in the last month.

I think I’m aiming to move back to the UK in 10ish years, so I’m keeping an eye on prices.

It’s nice to see the HTD thread ticking along. Has anyone had any dreams about Rabbit? If so, please leave a note below.

Rabbit’s death shocked us all mate.

I didn’t know I cared until he went, not sure how that works because I didn’t really owe him much charity, but I felt a real loss.

It seems surreal, maybe because Rabbit wasn’t a lot older than us, and if he can go...we can too.

It was a better world with him in it. I hope someone can say the same about me when I get called back to the source.

I guess it wouldnt be right to complain, Neo. You know you're getting older when you make a groan every time you sit down or get up, or when you regularly get up in the middle of the night to take a leak, or when going out till 11pm is late for you.

I have all 3.

I'm still gobsmacked about Rabbit. You kind of expect death with the next generation up, but I guess, and this is the worst cliche of all time, none of us are as young as we used to be.

I’ll be 50 in a few months, so by Rabbit’s reckoning I should be checking out soon. I see his point, getting old isn’t for wimps, I don’t understand where the aches come from.
