If I had a kid that was ill, but I refused to allow the doctors to give them the cure, as it had been tested on animals, then I think that may go into the realms of manslaughter by diminished responibility.

But from a medical point of view, I don't think you have to be an uphill gardener to get aids.

My wife has flown to Hk to see me. She has to isolate for 2 weeks, then we have 2 weeks together on holiday, still in HK. Unfortunately, the bug has just escalated here in the last few days, and there is talk of a 4 week lockdown coming soon.

Poor girl. Not much of a holiday for her! She's been following the Jessica Ennis fitness videos on youtube. All very well, but when youre over 50 , and following the fitness guide to one of the fittest athletes that ever lived, it can only go wrong. So she's laid up in bed with a stiff back and achey legs. I sent a bag of goodies up to her room, including toffees. One of her fillings has now come out, but no dentist will visit an isolator. It must have been similar for the leppers in biblical times.

On the plus side, she's got into listening to the test match, so all is well.
