06/2/2023 07:58 | If they have the confidence of the bank then they can turn things around part debt financed and don't need more equity. That's how the RNS reads anyway. | johnhemming
06/2/2023 07:48 | I'm not going to bite but your way out Farrugia, balance of payments just don't work like that I"m afraid. | plat hunter
06/2/2023 07:47 | Don't worry Sleveen, you did better than this non shareholder imparting his cough, wisdom trader465 8 Dec '22 - 21:59 - 9612 of 9612 I’m of the opinion they will miss the target my a country mile SP was 5.8p at time of posting | temujiin
06/2/2023 07:44 | they will have to do a rights issue if share price improves. Debt at US$114 million and they need to spend another $50 million to get it completed assuming everything goes to plan. And with HUM we know things often don't go to plan. | farrugia
06/2/2023 07:43 | Glad I was way off with my Q4 production prediction. | sleveen
06/2/2023 07:30 | 2024 outlook gets better too with KEUG slated to start delivering from Q4-2023 ..Onward and upward at last.. | laurence llewelyn binliner
06/2/2023 07:23 | The bottom line thats so important. 'Improved Group EBITDA of c.US$11 million for Q4 2022' | temujiin
06/2/2023 07:23 | hmm Of the budgeted c.US$115 million capex for the construction of Kouroussa, c.US$65 million has been paid as at the end of Q4 2022, with the balance to be paid over the coming quarters from Yanfolila cash flows (which have improved) and existing debt facilities, including c.US$20 million contractor deferrals, retention incentives and working capital not expected to be paid until Kouroussa is into full production so they still have to pay $50 million for Kouroussa to get it completed assuming everything goes to budget! This when their debt is already high at US$114 million Net debt was US$81 million on 21 October 2022 | farrugia
06/2/2023 07:20 | So 2nd mine back end of Q2 and if I missed it they no longer refer to "on time and on budget". Let's hope the costs don't get out of control. Also think 80-90 guidance seems a little conservative. Q1 should be great if the production has continued as gold has put on $100 compared to Q4. Should be a good recovery play from here | jaspoland
06/2/2023 07:18 | Well they were on target as we all hoped, but why did they drag that out for so long! Good RNS and Q4/HUM/Corica did deliver for a change breaking a 2 year disappointing run. Only thing not so good I picked up on with initial scim read is they don't mention Kouroussa being 'On budget' anymore. Should set us up for a much better year than the last 2, probably end up down on the day ;) | temujiin
06/2/2023 07:18 | An excellent start to our year, outlook for Q1 is the same as Q4-2022.. AISC 1,248, so we CAN do it.., cashflow positive at last, and moving forward. Kouroussa - OT and OB..? Dugbe - strategic review work in progress. A huge relief for us all here after 18 months of decline.. No gaps please, but I will gladly take a penny a day on the share price . :o) | laurence llewelyn binliner
06/2/2023 07:16 | No production guidance for Kor until first pour and ROM pad optimised then? | plat hunter
06/2/2023 07:05 | Let's hope this trend continues | jaspoland
06/2/2023 07:01 | Get in - 28,000+ ounces .. | laurence llewelyn binliner
05/2/2023 23:37 | Might be more to do with them being given the Kouroussa contract, and them doing HUM a favour by agreeing to sort out the mess at Yani. I'll be here 7am too :) | temujiin
05/2/2023 21:01 | I wonder if the Corica appointment was the result of a covenant for the Coris extension? | plat hunter
04/2/2023 16:23 | temujiin "Betts was good at running Yani initially?" Where did you get that gold nugget from? And I think if you do your due diligence you will find he had very little to do with the "on time and on budget" scenario. | borderterrier1
03/2/2023 15:59 | People have been predicting $5000 gold and the collapse of the dollar since the 2008 crash, they have been wrong for 15 years. | trader465
03/2/2023 15:26 | Most chartists were expecting a pullback to mid 18's and a weakish FEB for gold before moving to ATH's. Nothing goes up in a straight line. Gold will have its day soon | jaspoland
03/2/2023 15:20 | Anyone else shocked by the US Employment number today? Markets, generally, not as badly affected as I would have expected, although gold's decline seems way worse than would be suggested by a Dollar Index rise of 0.7%. Bitcoin seems to have snapped back. Hopefully, gold will, too. | dickbush
03/2/2023 14:15 | Keep 'em in the dark and feed 'em B/S mushroom tactics and same old disregard/contempt for shareholders. | borderterrier1
03/2/2023 13:28 | Currently selling at 7.6....and buying smaller volumes at 7.59 | temujiin |
