Stephen Betts and Sons Accounts overdue.

Will the third party claims of £4m from the fire take them down? I wait.

Not diluting? I suggest you look at historic shares in issue and tell Mrs Temujiin you’ve donated the family wealth to Stephen Bets and sons.

53m shares in issue at IPO, 393m shares in issue now, that’s an increase of 640% or dilution (loss of shareholder value) of 86%

Betts are playing slowly slowly catchy monkey, shareholders have fallen for it and paid the price

All the buys going on at the end of the day to not increase the bid during the day it seems

My guess is they're negotiating on finance that's usually why people keep quiet. Once they've got that sown up it'll be Q4 results and the usual nonsense about progress on track with the first pour due very soon. Trouble is debt will most probably be up so gawd knows how the market will react. That's the normal pattern of events it's like The Office where Brent says I've got good news and bad news.

Bravo - he’s down over 80% on his buys in the 30’s and 40’s and allegedly bought right at the bottom. I’ll be fun seeing him head to the job centre tomorrow ;-)

@PH re 9945
Oh I’ve no doubt of that. You were making it pay when the share price was dropping years ago so I’m sure you’ll do well if it finally rises. I’m surprised you’re not on a yacht already. I could never master that win both ways stuff though. Guess you’re premier league to my pub league knowledge.

I'm waiting with baited breath for the update...
My money is on bad news, because that's always the safest bet with Dan Betts. But I hope for all shareholders' sake I'm wrong.

Imo opinion we can't sell digbe for anything less than 100m and that based on the geo political standing of the 3 different jurisdictions.

To only have a foot print in Guinea And Mali whilst Cold War 2 is in full swing is not great. Liberia is a full on Blue country whilst Gun and Mal have always been red.

Since HUM started producing, the four announcements of the 4th qtr have been on either a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Four observations, though, doesn't prove anything.

There is so much potential here but the terrible results of the first three quarters have really messed with its finances. If, IF, the problem at HUM is finance, it may have to sell off its holding of Pasofino. The shares have performed badly despite the rise in the gold price but beggars can't be choosers. A 20% premium for a 51% controlling interest would kick in circa $20 mil.

Yes, I am, obviously, getting twitchy.

9945 - PH that made me laugh. Holding HUM requires one to still have a sense of humour

I am going for tomorrow results, Thursdays are a good day for them, and as pointed out before the absence of a December banana skin RNS suggests that we have made guidance albeit a lowered one.. :o)

Not for me, I loaded up at 5.5p which really took the pressure off my average.. Should have have sold them but can not let go of this stock. Maybe it will cost me in the long run, maybe it will make me very wealthy.

trader465 that was due to producing less than 17k oz. While it is always possible for HUM to fail to meet its production target-as we know to our cost-the bottom end of the range for the year implies a minimum of 24,600 oz for the latest qtr. Its target for its 4th qtr AISC of less than $1,400 suggests circa 26,000 oz at least.

I wonder what the cost is of "Help Secure".

They will already know more or less what Jan figs are. Not hard to add what ever was in circuit to what they've already poured and if a multi milkion Coris loan is dependent on one month's pour then we are in trouble

I think HUM are either relaxed about their situation so not bothered about pi concerns, or they are waiting to sugar coat another poor quarter with something positive.

Tight spread on lower volume 7.5 -7.545
