13/6/2022 18:49 | “One of my clients” LOL | new_buyer
13/6/2022 17:36 | 1900 pog increases project earnings by circa 60% May be there's your safety net for the irr margin ;-O | plat hunter
13/6/2022 17:33 | #Sleveen, 4 year debt payback at IRR 25% but at just 1,700 POG, so we are well ahead of that currently, now we want to see what ESAN are going to bring to the table to get it built, exciting times ahead as the pieces of the puzzle come together and the earn in has now been satisfied.. #PH it is value adding for sure now, but I do not expect much of a mark up in the morning, the release of the DFS was a day POG got a drumming, and 2 days before FED interest rates are widely expected to accelerate north as well.. Environmental and social impact assessment ("ESIA") process nearing completion, with submission to the EPA expected in June 2022. | laurence llewelyn binliner
13/6/2022 17:31 | And that's at an assumed pog of 1700 too 10.5% lower than q2 average.Almost 3 million ounces over 14 years at 23% with further drilling upside. I don't keep saying all three mines firing will make us bigger than CEY's sukari for nothing. | plat hunter
13/6/2022 17:30 | sleveen, if they go to production and achieve 23%, it is OK without being outstanding. The issue is that a FS has to be higher to de-risk project delivery. Everyone knows the risks around a major project - additional capex, longer timescales, higher operating costs etc. The advantage we have is very little is currently built into the HUM price for Dugbe. Let's see how they go about monetising it. | lowtrawler
13/6/2022 17:23 | My understanding is an IRR of 23% is quite decent. | sleveen
13/6/2022 17:21 | I wonder what price we open at tomorrow? | plat hunter
13/6/2022 17:13 | Get in..., and there is our gateway to move up to 300K ounces a year from 200K with Kouroussa rolling on top of Yanfolila at 100K ounces..A follow up interview with IS is sure to be in the wings and then who/how it is going to get built to see how accurate our speculation has been... :o) | laurence llewelyn binliner
13/6/2022 17:11 | Looking through the FS, I believe the economics are not great. An after tax IRR in the low 20 percent's is marginal. Even moderate misses on AISC would easily drop IRR under 20%. That's not good enough for Liberia. I certainly wouldn't trust HUM to deliver the project and so am hoping they farm it out for cash and a retained interest. | lowtrawler
13/6/2022 16:53 | Dugbe FS results out!!!! | sleveen
13/6/2022 15:27 | What an absolute bunch of IDIOTS! | borderterrier1
11/6/2022 08:10 | Q2 average pog 1902Based on last 70 days | plat hunter
10/6/2022 22:27 | Hum still going up here. 36% now. | borderterrier1
10/6/2022 17:36 | #Nickwild, watch POG instead to take your mind off the VEIN drop on minimus volumes over on the TSE... :o) | laurence llewelyn binliner
10/6/2022 17:29 | Pasafino (VEIN) down 14% on Toronto stock exchange. | nickwild
10/6/2022 15:11 | Hum up another 30% here in the US this morning. Someone playing games to entice US investors? Don't fall for it IMO this is going under. Meanwhile, a grinning idiot who couldn't care less, sits in the Coach and Horses on Bruton Street, sipping his gin and tonic............... | borderterrier1
10/6/2022 14:58 | Llb, you will have to get a very very large pair of binoculars in order to see that dividend trail. I knocker, that about sums this one up. Chesty, save it you are waisting your breath. | cinoib
09/6/2022 21:59 | Farrugia One of my clients in Dubai lost almost seven figures here. He did some extensive search and came back with the following observation:- "They are a bunch of crooks". Good luck, you'll need it. | borderterrier1
09/6/2022 16:12 | Anything less than 20k and i'll join the camp for a bod shake up. | plat hunter
09/6/2022 16:08 | Our Q2 update gets ever closer.., can we finally demonstrate that we have turned a corner and that the woeful 15,548 ounce quarter and equally woeful AISC was the low point on our journey..? All diggers operational now, plant maintenance done, new ball mill bearings done, COO on site, excuses running low, time to deliver, my bet is that we have turned a corner, 22,500 +/- 2,500 I would take as a win for this quarter..Dugbe update 1st... | laurence llewelyn binliner
09/6/2022 16:05 | Valuations are a sum future cash flows divided by years. Whether the market has it right or not purely depends on what your horizon is???Like I said, previously if your horizon is 300k a year then it's silly to worry aboit a circa 20-25% loss in value for 30k dropped ounces. You need to be asking, has the market called it right or wrong with regards to your own targets. If you don't know what that target is other than higher then you're not going to teach me anything or convince me to protest. Also if you've maxed out and don't see an opportunity then you've also done something very wrong and I don't think a new BOD would help you out regardless. | plat hunter
09/6/2022 14:46 | Plat, if this lot owned the mining rights to Fort Knox, what chance they could get the bars to ground level at a profit, or indeed at all? If the assets are as good as you assert, the management performance must have been even worse than it appears to me that it has been. I am afraid I am growing very weary of paying them handsomely [not] to learn on the job. | 1knocker
09/6/2022 14:33 | One thing that does worry me a tad is in previous dealings about Dugbe DB and TH managed to find themselves 19% owners of ARX free of charge a little bonus for themselves. I do hope that they are not filling their pockets again at shareholders expense again a leopard never changes its spots as they say ,might this be the hold up . | wskill |
