I agree C47, potentially this can be a significant earner for Hummingbird in 3-5 years time if all of the ducks eventually line up (very early days). If and when ARX start to move the project forward it could also add value to the HUM share price in the medium term as it gets nearer production and the value becomes apparent. Without a deal such as this it would remain a dormant asset with no value to the HUM share price IMO.

Lets hope gold still at these levels in 3-5 years time. Hmmmmmmm

Looks like my decision to sell 2 thirds of HUM was correct.

BT your not too far of the truth with your posts, hum on paper looks like a winner but market thinks differently, its the only gold producer over 3 years which haven't made strong gains on a strong gold price, maybe one day it will come if gold can remain strong for another 24 months but you all know gold will eventually start to fall.
least one of my shares shined today MPH up 104% cant see hum doing that remainder of the year but one never knows.

sandeels Great, I'm pleased for you but are you deaf? You obviously got in late as some others did when this share price nose dived due to Ceo and management incompetence. So, I have some questions for you. If you invested here due to the obvious B/S hype that was fed to Frank Campbell, brokers and others and you got in at 30 p or more after this length of time:-
1. Would you be happy?
2. Would you still invest if you know what we know now?
3. What IYO would you blame this abysmal share price on?

Thank you in advance.

new_buyer Many others now share my opinion, something you have a habit of conveniently overlooking. I have shares but I don't sell because as I have explained multiple times, I don't need to. Besides, in another two years when the share price is still stagnant and everyone with brains has abandoned this, a change of management could make a difference. The sooner the better IMO.

Please post such ongoing B/S from myself and why shouldn't someone post positive information as you yourself say INFORMATION as opposed to your negative conspiary theories. Done, adios, will leave this thread to you now, enjoy talking to yourself.

new_buyer I do agree with one thing you say, for investing here I was stupid. In 40 years of investing, this is my worst performing stock by far. Complete disaster. In my portfolio, my 200,000 shares here are a mere drop in the ocean, peanuts. But I do feel very sorry for the less fortunate that invested here because they believed this ongoing B/S from you and Pied Piper Fsj. We have enough problems in these troubled times without them having to listen to the likes of you dishing out positive information when it is abundantly clear that there are monumental problems here and always will be. Wake up. Just how long do YOU think investors will put up with this B/S? Since mine completion the share price has been going backwards because the management put money into doubtful projects that have absolutely zero benefit for the shareholders. That's Z-E-R-O. Nothing, Nada, Ziltch, FA. What don't you understand?

The only liar I perceive is you. Go through my posts and point out the "complete B/S" that I dish out, please do it but I know you won't and will claim you've done it before and never have. My generally positive posts include words such as hope and expect as that's the way I feel. Prove my undying dedication, you can't but if it is true it should be easy.

You expect 15p by Xmas but still hold, that's is why I don't think you hold a single share because not one, not even someone as stupid as you, would sit around if that is what they truly expected. Well enough of stooping down to your level, I shall await this proof (knowing you won't find any) and head off as got a few jobs to do!!

I own over 200,000 but I don't care if you believe that or not. What I do care about is the complete B/S you dish out. Your undying dedication to this suggests that you have a family interest. To me and many others it is obvious that this is now and will always be Dan and Stevens private piggy bank. 15 p by Christmas.

BTW please read Retiredbankers recent post right now on the LSE bb..... or is he just another liar like the rest of us?

Well at least you lot can not be accused of ramping...
Some seem to have "Miserable gits" on permanantly...
No surprise if our friendly market makers are shaking out people swimming without trunks who loaded up prior to announcement...
Beware Border Terrier will have you beliving every move is a conspiracy...
if you do not like the management jog on
If you think the share price may be a quid at the end of the year and a couple of quid in a few year stay...

Sp500g I agree. Lots of fraudulent activity surrounding this as outlined in some of the posts on the LSE bb this morning. I believe one of the posters AW2124 is considering reporting this to the FCA. But new_buyer will be along shortly to tell us all it's nothing but more lies. And new_buyer. Please take the time to read the posts before you come on here pointing accusing fingers at me. I didn't make them, others did.

Very good news, it moves Dugbe forward to at least a DFS at zero cost to HUM, and we get a USD2M non refundable deposit from ARX while they spend another USD8M on the exploration and DFS and we retain a a 51% controlling interest in the project..

HUM have 3 shareholders and directors onboard the new private company, and as/if/when Dugbe moves forward to financing a mine build I am sure HUM will be a part of it, the company will be much better positioned to get stuck into a new JV in another on 3 or 4 years from now, all debts cleared, dividend paying with cash in the bank and able to part fund a new project from there with Yanfolila profits..

Win/Win IMO and good forward planning strategy.., if you look at the strength of the proposed CEO, the management team and their backgrounds, ARX are not here to drag their feet on it..!

Absolutely correct. It's a shell company.
There's absolutely nothing positive for HUM shareholders in it. Totally ridiculous are the brainless clowns writing "great news for shareholders / de-risk for HUM...". Lots of paid shills in here.

On time and on budget! On time and on budget! Yep, and gone down ever since. You guys that talk this up now are a cross between lemmings and sheep. The only investors to make money here are the ones that bought on the all time lows which were the result of Ceo and management c-ups. This co. should be re-named. Not Hummingbird Resources how about Betts National Bank? That has an appropriate ring to it.
