If only the company could start a share buy back or dividend policy.......

Roll on a close above 30p and there not being a major seller

potentially more shares to be offloaded.

but HUM looking strong as it pushes above 30p.

so I think retail demand for HUM can cope with any further selling by Sustainable.

345m is total shares in issue....I think sustainable only reduced stake. They seem to have stopped selling

Sustainable have made a circa 50% profit at 29.5p so understandable that they might want to bank some or most of that profit.

They should start off loading as soon as it hits 30, judging by the past history

Why don't disgruntled share holders do something about it if they don't like what is going on
Get together and put pressure on management like they are doing @ WEN
Sustainability hare nurturing loses else where so typical II unloading the profitable one lol

They can dump as much as they like as long as the share price keeps going up like it has done this year!

Holding RNS... looks like they dumped 3m shares over the last week. Hopefully that's it

Maybe worth it for the networking opportunity..... the bigger players often unload the smaller projects ... that's how we got into Mali when goldfields couldn't be bothered because it was too small for them.

I think you are being harsh but I cannot blame you given the share price performance.

But I'm not disillusioned yet as I'm a new holder ;-). I think they will deliver this year big style, already up from 21p year start

What I really do not understand is why does the company do close to zero promotion. There are various online events being held such as mines and money, proactive etc. I see Anglo Asian presenting and various other gold plays. I sort of thought good on HUM not wasting money, let the market catch up in due course the results will be the proof.

But then they blow circa $200k on a vanity club. Perhaps this ticks a box and allows certain institutions to invest. Or more likely Dan gets to go to the old bailey (that's where the WGC offices are) for a party.

Anyway it is done now. Roll on 30p being broken and one day the board of hummingbird actually looking after their shareholders rather than lining their own pockets.

Bittorrent I think the membership fee is $1 or possibly 2/oz of production.

Dan the WGC spend money like water.

I'm surprised it warranted an RNS.

I don't understand why they bothered joining. They could spend that money on a lead zinc play in Idaho.

It's a gold collaboration council like an industry forum that are NFP. Better in these things than out.

So Dan's joined the WGC (not Welwyn Garden City where I live!), hopefully this makes business sense and is not just virtue signalling, presumably there is a membership fee?

It’s a great history of where HUM have been and where it is now, for anyone new to HUM it’s a good place to start your research.

new buyer, many thanks for that article. I think the writer did a great job. Let's hope it gets a wide distribution and some new fans to HUM.
