Agree. I've said it before, but using Eric Sprott's measure of each 100k oz production being attributable to $400m market cap you can see how undervalued HUM is on that measure. He talked about that metric being valid at $1400 gold. I'd imagine you can bump that up a little now. Obviously discount jurisdiction risk, single asset etc, but you still get a valuation way way north than current market cap.

Hui the important number to watch. Approaching 250, +6.5% at the moment. Should be a very strong day for HUM and other gold producers tomorrow

Hadn't noticed the Endavour merger with Semafo, Last month. Hopefully they or others will be sniffing around HUM small mine throwing off cash and a potential large project at today's gold prices.

A 40-50p bid would surely do the trick.

Despite a bad start on Wall Street, the Dow is down 570 as I write, and the Dollar index being flat, gold is $1703. A very impressive performance.

Gold at $1,700.

Fingers crossed it holds and goes higher.

Roll on proof of decent free cash flow here in the results. I'm hoping that Q1 shows $15M FCF anything more is icing on the cake.

that's 25k more than I was going to buy, but doing maths on (Pog - AISC) x mined oz's, suggest an investment in a gold producer is better than being in cash.

Gold having another attempt on $1,700. If we could just get a weaker Dollar Index and firm equity markets, I think we could see it happen. Let's hope for some good news out of New York-if not the USA as a whole-between now and Tuesday. Then, hopefully, we'll see some good figures from HUM coming out shortly afterwards.

Back Monday for trading, but reckon with futures showing around $1,725++ that HUM is looking seriously low, likewise highly operationally leveraged firms like POG, CEY, AAZ etc. DYOR
