22/10/2019 20:59 | borderterrier1, this company poured its first gold in December 2017. It is in only its second year of production , the first of which was a bit of a disaster. It may be a bit early to project the growth of production of the 2nd and 3rd quarters into next year but that seems the best bet, reinforced by that video. The only disappointment at this stage is that the forecast of ASIC has been raised substantially from management's initial expectation to the current $800-850/ounce. | dickbush
22/10/2019 20:10 | Borderterrier1 .. you place no trust in the presentation then ? Increasing production and this POG paying off debt rapidly . Surely this creates more optimism ? | kennyp52
22/10/2019 19:23 | Plasybryn I hope you are right but unfortunately me and many others have been saying the same thing for three years now. If it isn't working you need to change something. I honestly believe that a change in Ceo, management (or preferably both) is necessary to implement a better outlook here. There have been some glaring mistakes....... that we know about. Why reward poor performance with high salaries? | borderterrier1
22/10/2019 18:47 | This is going to be a cash machine or a cash cow as they say. Very bullish outlook. | plasybryn
22/10/2019 17:26 | Thanks DB . Interesting . | kennyp52
22/10/2019 16:44 | Many thanks DB. I had not seen it either. An open and clear presentation supported by yesterdays Q3 update 3 weeks on. | coachsailor
22/10/2019 16:04 | Apologies if you've all seen this. I hadn't and for anyone in a similar position. Note the suggestion that on production of 130,000 ounces next year, EBITDA would be $70mil at POG $1,400, and $85mil at $1,500. | dickbush
22/10/2019 14:20 | andrewsr As I have repeatedly said good news always triggers a negative response. All the hype in the run up to "mine completed on time and on budget" pushed the share price to 39p. We may never see that again and we need to accept that this is going nowhere while DB is at the helm. And its impossible to DYOR here, too many shady deals. | borderterrier1
22/10/2019 14:17 | So if there were inside dealings, that doesn't make the company a bad one does it? downside is that this bloke has to sell any remaining shares he has? DOes Capital Group still own a chunk? DYOR | qs99
22/10/2019 14:16 | Maybe Capital decided to liquidate their holdings to try and wipe the slate clean, hence the downward pressure on the SP? | andrewsr
22/10/2019 14:12 | It's probably down on the Denning/Capital links, but were there any wrong-doings or accusations against Hum or Dan Betts? I didn't think so. The share price hasn't been manipulated to any effect, at least not upwards. Capital appear to be off the list of significant shareholders anyway - Sustainable Capital are independent and not related to Capital(?) in the latest Q3 presentation. | andrewsr
22/10/2019 11:26 | Disappointing | squash90
22/10/2019 10:25 | Why?? There was no word of the reserve update in the Q3 production report, which I consider disappointing. | lasata
22/10/2019 09:18 | Ulterior motive you think andrewsr? Paid deramper perhaps? | moneyfornothing1
21/10/2019 22:32 | I agree with that comment but also, IMO, the disappointment of the three quarters through the first quarter of this year have left many earlier investors with a somewhat jaundiced view of the company. Only if/when the operating results continue the progress of the last two quarters will confidence and the share price move into a longer term uptrend. In between results, the gold price will tend to dictate HUM' share price movements. That report on Seeking Alpha, estimating $70-85 mil in EBITDA now looks possible-assuming the POG holds around the current $1500 price. Fingers crossed | dickbush
21/10/2019 21:37 | Is the board black cloud still spouting conspiracy theories? | new_buyer |
