03/9/2019 12:56 | kenny52 Most of us have thought this was "making real progress" for 2 1/2 years or more. Unfortunately, its still just a dog. | borderterrier1
03/9/2019 10:48 | So the new owner of Hum shares seems to be letting a few go at a small profit?? | lasata
02/9/2019 09:58 | Whilst stars have aligned. Key one being the rise in gold - although macroeconomics might have pointed to that being highly probable. HUM is looking like an abstract lesson in patience. Previously hit by bad luck largely out of their control and a lull in Gold. But lots of good news to come, so the rise looks to be a trend rather than a blip. Only risk at the moment is funding, just need to confirm that they have the cash to fund for the foreseeable. Well done to all those that have held on here. Not out the woods yet, but it looks pretty odds on to rise much higher. | darola
02/9/2019 08:26 | Well added a few more this morning {21.44 shown as a sell] feeling bit more confident looking at the chart. | avsome1968
02/9/2019 00:42 | goldfields They have sold off small stakes in other good companies recently to pay down debt.I'm a holder in goldroad and they sold their 10% a couple of weeks ago even though it's a great project.https://www. | aim999
01/9/2019 14:16 | Our good friend lurker5, never has a message board moniker been so apt, no facts just (un)subtle innuendo with nothing to back it up, see you again in 3 months old friend when the share price is nearer 40p than 30p!!! | new_buyer
01/9/2019 13:28 | As it was a seamless II sell/buy at 26p the new owner having done their due diligence clearly see plenty of upside don’t they.., and with Q3/4 looking much stronger I think they are correct... :o).. POG up, AISC down, profits up, debt down, Zero net debt in 2020... | laurence llewelyn binliner
01/9/2019 11:59 | Goldfields appear to be selling their non core assets and prior to this, have already divested their equity in at least 3 other companies. Context is everything. | redtrend
01/9/2019 11:49 | Gold Fields doesn't know anything that the other institutions don't know. HUM is a publicly listed company: Nobody, by law, can have a secret cache of knowledge that due diligence by others cannot uncover. | casual47
01/9/2019 11:38 | Gold fields knows more about Yanfolila and Dugbe than anyone else. Take care. | lurker5
31/8/2019 13:55 | We should see a TR1 as soon as Monday..? Goldfields held 21,258,503 shares or 6.01% which needs reporting.. simultaneous split sell/buy 25.77/26.00p, an interesting development with a new or existing II holder adding .. :o) July POG 1413 August 1499 September est 1525 Q3 est 1480 H1 margin 1306-998 / 309/Oz Q3 AISC est 900 / margin 580/Oz and we can finally print a profit.. | laurence llewelyn binliner
31/8/2019 09:32 | Perhaps Sustainable Capital taking the Gold Fields transfer? We should soon find out. | rickyhatton
30/8/2019 17:20 | Gold Fields owned exactly 21,258,503 shares so looks like they sold to someone else. Perhaps Odey? | casual47
30/8/2019 16:55 | Looks like an arranged transfer of 21m shares. It's more than 3% so a significant holding RNS should be forthcoming? | casual47
30/8/2019 16:44 | 40 million shares traded at around 26p. Who has offloaded? Who has bought them? Intriguing! | troc1958
30/8/2019 13:16 | You mean, 'you're a bright boy' | andrewsr
30/8/2019 12:56 | Andrew!! wow your a bright boy | avsome1968
30/8/2019 11:59 | A lot will depend on how they perform during this current rainy season. We all know what happened last year but if production output is as forecast than no reason this won't be in the 30p+ area by year end. | oohrogerpalmer
30/8/2019 11:45 | Everythingoving nicely, only a recent purchase myself but performed superbly since and really hope the LTH’s are back in profit soon too. Obvious that there’s been some issues along the way and hopefully all behind us now. | moneyfornothing1
30/8/2019 09:40 | HUM should in theory be making some big old hat with pog where it is....DYOR | qs99
30/8/2019 09:31 | Have been watching this one for a while and although still in the loss basket it appears things are now heading in the right direction. AAZ was in the same boat a few years back and look where it is now, is my top investment by miles so hope when I come to purchase here, that it will match it over the next couple of years. | cinoib
30/8/2019 08:55 | Good steady share price progress . Do think this share is now substantially undervalued but need the next set of figures IMO to concrete the confidence and move it up considerably . | kennyp52
30/8/2019 08:53 | Well yesterday was the first time Hum closed above my break even point. I think I will have a beer this weekend. I'm one of the lucky ones who managed to buy more when it was cheap so I expect many more still need low/mid thirties before they wipe the sweat from their brow. I truly hope this keeps motoring towards the mid 30s for everyone to be back on dry land and to pay off all the anxiety counselling sessions we needed when our money went all "Houdini"! | referee1 |
