Waylander1970. The squeaking wheel gets the grease sometimes. Please read the current top 10 posts on the LSE forum this morning. It isn't just my opinion.

new_buyer And BTW I don't "claim to know" but one thing I DO know is that this share price needs some attention from the Bod. As others have repeatedly said, their continued silence is a concern now.

zhockey Of course it would. But with all the positive news re. this company and the continued stagnation/poor share price the Bod needs to address this or fire the Ceo for under performing.

new_buyer How about putting your money where your big mouth is? You say I'm not invested? OK big mouth lets see just how big your balls are. I will bet you $20,000
I can prove I am. I have friends in the UK it should be easy for us both to deposit that amount in a holding bank over there. Are we on? Put up or shut up loud mouth.

BT if gold were headed upwards past 1400 this would be much higher.

The company specific challenges are well known, single mine, lack of ambition in increasing production (AGG outcome), the recent troubles at the mine, poor IRR at the Liberia project. However a bull market floats all boats.

Borderterrier just more contradictions!! As you say yourself "Nobody knows" but then you claim to know!! Which is it, you know and no one else does? You proved your lack of investing knowledge earlier when you said that the board should have instigated a share buy back scheme earlier then admitted that you knew that legally they could not so which is it? "Guys like me" huh? I won't tell anybody to do anything, you make your decisions and you live with them, this again is where you seem to show a lack of investing experience, if this is such a bad investment then why the hell are you still invested? Many have called you out, many with much more experience and knowledge than me, and if you are invested, which I doubt anyway, you are an absolute novice.

new_buyer. The share price is going DOWN. Years ago I was heavily invested in the market here in the US when the crash came in 2007-8. Guys like you were telling me "not to bolt for the exits". I had a client at that time who was supposedly one of the best brains in the business. He got it WRONG, just like you are now. Nobody knows. Fsj and Darola have been spouting about this for a long time now because they like to think they do, but after all the positive news this share price still behaves negatively. There's always an excuse when that happens. Wake up.

BT you’ve proved that you don’t have a clue. I don’t think you’ve been investing for more than a year or so let alone 40 years successfully as you claim.

zhockey. Wrong, unfortunately. I know the complete sector is suffering but if you compare the charts over the last year it looks as though Hum has dropped off the end of a cliff. After all the good news, that is disturbing.

Fsj. With luck, this may move N in 2020. But I doubt it. The MARKET has ZERO confidence in this company now.

Ah yes, the experts on seeking alpha.

I think the experts who think this is a 2015 re-run will be wrong footed. I think this could be a bottoming phase in th Gold bear market but the low will be arround $900.

If "Of course I knew that" how does that tally up with your message just before that "The Bod should have instigated share buy backs a long time ago". With your vast expert knowledge how could they have done that when legally they actually couldn't?

Moronterrier..............they became cash positive following Q2 results. They cannot spend money on share buy backs that they dont have. You literally are stupid and cannot see beyond your thick skull and drool. Share buy backs are on the cards, it will happen when later in H2 HUM tick all the legal boxes / applications etc, then they will look at the war chest full of free cash and decide, strategically when the best time to use the free cash to begin and administer a share buy back program.

head in hands moment from boringtit again.................ffs!

Borderterrier I assume you do know that legally they couldn't and they are going through the legal process at the moment to enable them to put in place a buyback scheme, you did know that didn't you?

Fsj. You're not listening. The Bod should have instigated share buy backs a long time ago. Perhaps I'm not the idiot after all, so I guess you guys are? I think even you have a hint of doubt now. You should.

Thoughts on the following folks......do you think it would help the current situation??

I reckon a special dividend would help. its not about the money because with 200k shares and a special divi at say 1.5p that gives £3k - i would simply buy more HUM shares with it..........win win! Its a kind of simple initial share buy back. With 350m shares in issue to that would only cost HUM around £5.25m or $6.8m which is around 50% of the general quarterly free cash amount. They could announce it prior to the end of Q3 with a payment date mid Q4. I am pretty sure that is would not only generate interest but it would bolster confidence that HUM are returning value to shareholders.

They are certainly hitting all targets operationally, but with surplus cash and an amount that isn't going to stress the free cash balance it would certainly prove to be a much needed boost. Sometimes all it takes is for a little thinking outside the box. It is hard to see a high profitable company's share price take on a continues 6 month slide when all they have continued to report is good news..........actually great news!

Well done to Dan Betts, Bert Monro and all the management team for the continued excellent delivery out in the field. It really is a comfort to know that fundamentally everything is more than sound. But knowing the market is also a skill and many awful AIM companies play the AIM game to maximise MCAP and share price levels.

I am HUM long and very strong but i think some battling in the market is needed because 26.75p and an MCAP of around $120m when they generated $50m in revenue and $20m in free cash in just their first full Q of production, well 26.75p is completely out of alignment with achievements over the last 12 - 18 months.

Endeavour CEO picked up the first ever gold coin from yanfolila and they could well pick up the first highly valuable and cash generative gold producing company for an absolute steal. This has to be a concern and it has to be mitigated as each day we are being rifled the reality of a takeover is becoming ever closer and more and more attractive!
