Think the US jobs number has Republicans and Democrats scrambling to sort out a deal, so more stimulus lead to more raw materials demand. (Assuming a Biden Infrastructure bill).

If you assume monies held by HZM from the Royalty Deal with Orion is for Araguaia. No reason Orion don’t do a similar type Royalty deal on Vermelho giving monies to fund the BFS and beyond. Get them more tied into Vermelho prior to any JV deal.

That type of royalty deal could land at anytime and won’t, I think, impact on any Araguaia negotiations. Plus all those geologists and surveyors sitting around aren’t needed for the finance deal on Araguaia. Lol.

#Soundbuy, exactly, do not set yourself up for a fall, push expectations out to H1 and over deliver on it if finance closing comes together earlier in Q1.. :o)

Not sure what you expect from V yetFS is some time away yet .Nothing added about V in the update either We can speculate all day but I can only go on the RNS which was not quite as expected this time Happy new(s) year again !

Feel he's just playing safe in a way.....could all come to fruition in Q1... but JM is aware if he states Q1 and there's a slip again, the mkt won't be so forgiving another time....plus gives HZM room for further evaluation of any 'new' inbound interest....plus to a degree timing of progress on finance is always beyond your control...

I did not see that coming But share price behavior over last 2 months certainly indicated something was known , and halted a potential higher price rise .Hopefully the market sees today's news of further derisking even though the delay is longer than expected

Typos corrected I wonder whether the equity part may be less than forecast even they not specifically mentioned Not sure whether the Brazilian banks will increase debt portion yet and thus reduce equity portion . It seems like it Got to admit a bit disappointed with the delay .. much longer than I forecasted .. Within3 months (Q1).. yes but 6 months (H1 ) has surprised me

Nice to see the traders being scalped, as usual, by the mms. Added on the excellent update. HZM is going to be a significant lithium miner in its own right-what mrkt cap then in an EV world with scarcities all round-or, as I feel, it will be gobbled up over the next few months by the likes of Glencore or some Chinese outfit looking to solidify its hold on reserves for the upcoming boom.
In any case I'll just enjoy watching the traders squirm as the mms play with them. These mugs can't afford to hold shares so are easy prey for the market.
