On the London stock exchange website it doesn't state if it was a buy or sale, but judging by the price of the transaction it must have be been a sale.

Tempted to take a dip here, but I’m pretty sure we’re going to witness capitulation. Would be ideal if a decent analyst took a look and give some insight as to what’s going on.

I am surprised that the CEO said that inflation cost has no impact on the company. I would assume there is to expect wage, material and fuel inflation. I don't know is HSV has pricing power to fend costs off. for me these are short term concerns but still confused by the statement made by the CEO

They see value but why would you expect the share price to move on 5% purchase?, Blackrock could have offloaded nearly all their 5% in Nov (nobody knows) and don't suppose buying 5% is an issue given that there has clearly been more sellers than buyers for the past 9 months or so.

Rather disappointing that they have managed to acquire 5% of the company without the share price moving up a penny! There must have been plenty of willing sellers.
