Only share price prediction I would make is higher from here. Technicals coming out of oversold territory and underlying business doing well, particularly in the US.

That's quite an unknown (to me) for all companies running a considerable fraction of the business in Europe and in the US.
I definitely can't see the EU rate at £1.12 in the foreseeable future. I am not that familiar with the GBP to USD exchange rate but we are now 10 cents up from 1.31.
I am really struggling to make a share price prediction here for the 5 years to come.

From the results:

With an increasing proportion of HomeServe's profits generated overseas, the potential translation impact of foreign exchange movements on reported profits may have a larger impact. A ten cent movement in the FY21 average USD rate of 1.31 and the Euro rate of 1.12 would have had approximately a GBP9.1m and GBP5.9m impact respectively on full year adjusted operating profit.

However remember they have debt in US$ and possibly € and so will benefit in any appreciation of sterling with regards to those.

Opinion: with the sterling (GBP) getting stronger vs. Euro and USD in the next 3-5 years (in my prediction), how much would the earning from Europe and the US be hurt, negatively impacting the cash flow and potentially dividends and share price? Or am I getting this wrong and foreign exchange would have a different or no impact on the business?

Been out for a few hours and back to a markedly lower share price. Market clearly doesn't like the hit to profits on the writing off of the management system. Post 711 making me look like a complete plonker.

Good numbers and bullish outlook. Confident increase in dividend of 10%.

£10.365 and an RSI at less than 21.5 was too hard to resist. Confident I will make money at that level.

Preliminary results next Tuesday. Hopefully an update on current year as well.

Homeserve is looking really well placed in the US. Hats off to the CEO and founder. He’s doing a really good job. Still multibagger potential and more than happy to hold.

When my water bill came 2 years ago they offered me Plumbing and Drainage cover for £12.Glad I took it up because I had 2 claims.Did not mind when it went up to £54 a year later.Despite having no claims in last year they just asked for £241,even for a friend who had not made a claim.On complaining they reduced it to £140 but I was not interested.Are they trying to fleece us or just not wanting to provide the cover?

Quiet boards are the best boards. I'm always wary of a stock breaking out on relatively low volume and no imminent news due, but I'm enjoying it nevertheless.
