All this points to massive growth in CASAMBI lighting solutions.

£4M market cap, perhaps half of that in cash, is incredibly cheap for a growth stock.

COMMISSIONING ENGINEER (LIGHTING CONTROLS)
Electrician/Commissioning Engineer/18th Edition Electrician Permanent

As part of business expansion and increased orders, a new position has arisen for an experienced Commissioning Engineer to join the team. You will be responsible in providing on-site assistance and the commissioning of Casambi wireless lighting controls.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for:

Liaising with customers to advise on installation, connection and basic fault finding on Casambi control systems.
Arranging site visits with relevant parties from contractors to end users, in order to enable timely and effective commissioning of Casambi projects.
Keeping active records on all projects to enable generation of commissioning certificates upon satisfactory completion of the commissioning process.
Reporting back on all issues relating to product defect/performance issues, and to actively advise on improvements.
Providing off-site and onsite aftercare services to ensure that the lighting control system is maintained to a high level of operation.
This is a field-based role covering all the UK. It is ideally suited for someone based in the midlands. There will be the requirement for overnight stops which are fully expensed.

To be successful in the role of Commissioning Engineer you must hold a valid, and up to date, full UK Driving Licence, and have an electrical background.

We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced individual, ideally with a strong electrical background coupled with lighting controls/BMS technical knowledge, customer facing experience and a can-do attitude.

Full Casambi training is available upon successful application.

That’s perhaps because the stock is at a high and after years of waiting they want to take profit.

I take the view the stale old holders have not grasped the growth rate the company is entering.

From a tiny base level.

Remove the cash and the stock could be on a PE ratio of two or three next year.

Completion of Asset Disposal

Holders Technology, (AIM: HDT), announces that, further to its announcement on 24 August 2021, the PCB assets subject to the transaction were transferred to Ventec International Group ("Ventec") on 30 September 2021, and the consideration relating thereto has now been paid.

A further sum, relating to purchase orders placed by the Company for goods yet to be received, will be paid by Ventec by 31 October 2021 or shortly thereafter.

The disposal allows the Company to focus on the supply of specialist PCB materials, including Isola laminates and flexible laminates, as well as other technically sophisticated products, and for the Company to further develop and expand its lighting and control solutions business. The disposal proceeds will be used to invest in these activities and for general working capital purposes.

Rudolf Weinreich, Executive Chairman, commented: "I am pleased that we have completed the deal with Ventec and can now continue to focus on the remaining PCB business, as well as the opportunities in our lighting and wireless controls business."

Copper market COLLAPSES after 'crazy' price changes: London Metal Exchange in emergency
COPPER prices have skyrocketed which has forced the London Metal Exchange to introduce emergency measures amid the threat of collapse.

Due to record highs of copper, the London Metal Exchange has introduced measures to maintain "orderliness and continued liquidity". In context, the price of copper per tonne has now reached $1,000. The previous high for the market had been $330 per tonne in 1996-97.

Such is the dire situation for the market, Bloomberg correspondent Javier Blas claimed matters had become "beserk".

Emergency measures have been introduced tonight such as new lending rules, "backwardation limits" and deferred delivery.

Mr Blas said: "The London Metal Exchange has introduced emergency measures to ensure 'orderliness and continued liquidity' in the copper market.

When a world-famous scotch whiskey company, Chivas Brothers, ordered an office fit-out for their Edwardian-style building, it was essential to have modern lighting design without compromising the historic structure.

Atelier Ten and Graven were responsible for the project’s lighting design, located in Blythswood Square, Glasgow, and luminaires were selected based on form and function to enhance the look seamlessly and just as significantly, the feel of the space.

Chivas Brothers’ vision was to have a high-quality space that reflects the brand and company ethos. They also wanted to provide an exciting working environment for staff and visitors with health and well-being as critical factors in the design.

Casambi were chosen for the level of lighting controls innovation that would enable the ease of commissioning and ongoing usability of the system. Additionally, the range of Casambi-enabled lighting interface devices that could enable tunable white functionality to different light sources was highly regarded.

Holders Technology provided all hardware and commissioning services. The final installation was well received by Chivas Brothers and went on to win a British Council of Offices award in Scotland for best Fit Out of Workplace.
