Armstrong sold another 15,000 yesterday.

Over the years I have found it extremely profitable to buy stock of stale institutions, just when things are going extremely well for the company.

They have a habitual habit of selling out , at the very time, they should be buying.

That opens the door for possible new investors to buy up cheap stock.

Certainly agree Sunshine Today. Also fantastic that they are able to issue dividends right now. Not huge dividends right now but show the company's commitment to growth and have huge potential to increase in the very near future.

COMMISSIONING ENGINEER (LIGHTING CONTROLS)
Electrician/Commissioning Engineer/18th Edition Electrician Permanent

As part of business expansion and increased orders, a new position has arisen for an experienced Commissioning Engineer to join the team. You will be responsible in providing on-site assistance and the commissioning of Casambi wireless lighting controls.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for:

Liaising with customers to advise on installation, connection and basic fault finding on Casambi control systems.
Arranging site visits with relevant parties from contractors to end users, in order to enable timely and effective commissioning of Casambi projects.
Keeping active records on all projects to enable generation of commissioning certificates upon satisfactory completion of the commissioning process.
Reporting back on all issues relating to product defect/performance issues, and to actively advise on improvements.
Providing off-site and onsite aftercare services to ensure that the lighting control system is maintained to a high level of operation.
This is a field-based role covering all the UK. It is ideally suited for someone based in the midlands. There will be the requirement for overnight stops which are fully expensed.

To be successful in the role of Commissioning Engineer you must hold a valid, and up to date, full UK Driving Licence, and have an electrical background.

We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced individual, ideally with a strong electrical background coupled with lighting controls/BMS technical knowledge, customer facing experience and a can-do attitude.

Full Casambi training is available upon successful application.

Starting very low gives scope for 5 or 10 baggers.

That said, divi and growth even better.

Thanks for all your views,my style of investing is to grab minnows like this, when you can , simply because you get something for nothing.

If you invest in ten such companies some can, and often do 10 or 20 bag over time.

Shares are always about the future, never the past.

Yeah I'm trying not to be overly influenced by the past here, but maybe I haven't totally shaken the demons ;-).

Your are of course right that the NAV will increase, but how will the value be released for shareholders?

As 67p is just the cash - which will not increase in value - how many times does the rest need to 'bag' to make a good investment?

I do agree with you that the there is little (but not zero) downside here.

I'm surprised to read that Rudi is only 77 - his age and imminent retirement was an investment metric when I first invested over a decade ago.

Never met him in person, but did speak on the phone once many years ago.

Asset value will jump from those in the accounts so on your 67P is just the cash.

I don’t think you can see value because of your investment here did not perform as you hoped.

The boss is 77 years old that is a massive clue to what comes next.

Any young blood could change things overnight

RTO it’s a clean cash shell for a much larger company .

It’s rock solid in a downtown ( cash )
