£2.8M appears to be this companies market valuation.

Assets of £3.5M

Cash of £1.1M

For a listed company it’s dirt cheap, with great growth potential.

I would have thought it was capable of making half a million this year, after all, it has more than one income stream.

Buying into growth companies, below asset value, can produce substantial rewards.

I also note the companies main shareholder, is no spring chicken, presumably he has a game plan, that one would think, involved some kind of corporate action to reward shareholders and himself, after a lifetimes work.

Hi 3Pea, thank you for sharing your findings.

Yes, completely agree with your points stated above and look forward to the higher profits we will be potentially seeing in the upcoming report this month due to the PCB shortage.

And, with regards to Holder's medium to long-term growth, I think we could be seeing the beginning of something great. Primarily, I believe their medium to long-term growth is linked to Casambi Technology. Casambi is amongst Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 EMEA companies- a list of the fastest growing technology companies in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (see link: hxxps://casambi.com/news/casambi-among-the-fastest-growing-technology-companies-in-emea/). And, like you mentioned, Holders boasts the largest Casambi ecosystem and the widest service offering of Casambi Technologies. So, a great partnership which could see great rewards.

Looking forward to what is to come.

I'm here too, think this is a super solid company with cash , no debt , asset rich , a classic Benjamin Graham value share. Doesn't bother me that Mr Weinrech is going to sit on his 45% thats part of the attraction. Good news is the executive pay and rewards are very conservative so I think this is being run for shareholder value , unlike so many AIM small caps which are cash cows for the benefit of management at the expense of shareholders with huge salaries and free shares issued to themselves for mediocrity .
Great to see .

Up again! This is the most excitement we've had, well, ...ever!

It's still easily worth >£5m / 120pps, but won't get there unless they really up the divi, or 45% equity holder Mr Weinreich agrees to sell. He's 75, so maybe he wants to retire, but it's AIM, of course, so I guess he won't want to sell for IHT reasons.

Any thoughts? I guess I'm asking you Russman as there's only us two here :-)

To make matters worse, it looks like a move aimed at growth!

A divi. Chairman could buy us out and save the listing "overheads"; then retire gracefully.

Yesterday.

Look unexciting, but OK. Just breaking even.

No mention of coronavirus in the results. Either blithe ability to rise above events, indifference to what they can't control, or lack of foresight.

I'd have thought the German car industry will suffer pretty gravely from knock on effects of COVID.
