Thanks for that barnie, all sounds very simple, the business clearly has some good positives, but the high debt levels, little balance sheet value, a fair amount of cash to repay over the next 12 months and managements significant share sales over the last 6 months worry me, I guess the half year interims will be key here.

Well if indeed my info is correct & there is indeed 5 yrs of above average growth then the c/o will be app 150%/200% bigger in 5 yrs time added to that it has a virtual lock on Galvanised Steel at a time of huge steel prices + innovation in motorway furniture + a great managment structure guided by Close Brothers bank.!! DYOR

It just looks overvalued to me, esp when considering amount of debt, how much is to be repaid this year, little balance sheet value, I will keep an eye on it as its in a good sector but just far too pricey IMHO, or am i missing something?

Well i have 9000 shares!!

My info says 5 yrs of above average earnings so above average should translate into an earnings increase of app 25% per annum.!!DYOR

Thanks, the market should be ok for the company, from the latest accounts what concerns me is i) the level of debt the company has built up over the last couple of years ii) the deterioration in fixed asset value in the balance sheet when excluding intangibles iii) some US exposure iv) average cash flow generation over last couple of half years and v) a sky high PE based on current earnings. Does anyone have access to the current analyst forecast earning for this year which I guess will answer the question of what the recent acquisition spree is going to do to earnings this year. Any info to help would be great

Held HILS for a while now, still one of my best performers.

Still a good consistent share, with results that are consistent too!

Government spending on roads is and will be the key to future results one suspects?
