Herencia announces that it has received notice that following the participation by Oriental Darius Co. Ltd. in the recent capital raising, it now holds 200 million ordinary shares in the Company representing 6.17% of the total issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.

I would be extremely be caution over recent rise, soon market will start asking question of how he would be delivering his BS promises, and that would be very soon indeed.
just be very careful, I don't see these rises to sustain

picachos beyond Feb 2015 means more dilutions, more delays

I promise you there is no way both from technical point of view and profitability and feasibility aspect this project would come on line by the end 2015...
that wouldn't happen and if GS is still running the show expect under 0.01 and end of HER...

what he promised to shareholders are not achievable and he knows it too, but believe me he has lost it and he want to hang on to the last inch of this rope before he fall off the cliff and sadly HER will fall with him.

he is the master of BS excuses, so comes Feb when he has no funding in place, he would think of something to fool yet again the decent shareholders..

more dilutions, more damage, more money down the drain!

Back to the actual drilling. Great results from hole 003, just a pity it starts at 182m from surface. That's a big, expensive, open pit to dig. We are told that picachos grades start virtually from the surface, so let's see a hole like 003 starting from the top. That would set the share price on fire.

I still say they don't yet fully understanding the geometry of the mineralisation and GS jumping up and down over what I would call a very preliminary results means nothing but yet another BS promises and false hope and soon market would react accordingly

till this nutter find the proper funding here HER would go nowhere,
expect a fall tomorrow

all very nice, but you will be so naïve to think GS has produced something extraordinary, he is out of his depth and he had to dress up the news so he did,
not a single word about how he is going to achieve his 12 months target, who pays, how will manage it, how much it will all costs, etc etc

I welcome today news, but I still say VERY STRONGLY indeed that GS is not the man for this job and perhaps after this so called good news he should resign and let someone else to have a go.

to me GS would be unable to achieve a reasonable finance here and it would be yet another LIND deal which screwed this company and their decent shareholders.

please tell me why we needed 4 RNS for this news?

did he have this result since November and hoping to spread the news to 4 RNS's would push the share price up? it did the complete opposite except today, but TOMORROW city will be questioning GS of how he will be funding this project, and his weak and rather disaster track records will go under highlight ....

market don't basically believe GS is the man for this job and he needs to pack it up and go...

I would like to think we are going to get a rise that both continues and holds, I'll give it a few days before putting the bubbly on ice.
To think I sold some recently, still got a few million, but typical after all this time I sell a few and this happens. At least I bought LGO at the beginning of its rise.
