No, that's what's so odd. It's quite impossible that two trades of such magnitude could have been made one after the other in such an illiquid stock without any connection. The only explanations I can think of are a) an error [but then shouldn't it have been deleted by now?]; b) Mr G. has friends...

The Company has been informed by a letter dated 22 March 2006 that The Union
Discount Company of London Limited, a company wholly owned by Peter
Gyllenhammar, acquired 300,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") in the
Company.

Following this transaction The Union Discount Company of London Limited now owns
a total of 1,400,000 Shares (or 7.76 per cent. of the issued share capital),
representing Mr. Gyllenhammar's entire interest in the issued share capital of
the Company

Nick I don't think it's worth trying to read too much into these limits with HET as they fluctuate frequently. I had a look just now and it was back to 50,000. They are also offering them at 56.35 when yesterday they moved up to 58 for a while. I am still hoping there may be an announcement about the large blocks of shares that were traded yesterday - that might be of more significance.

Care to elaborate. I don't rule it out as I saw it as the riskiest part of the set up. However I can't see that they could have been that far out on their predictions only two months ago! If this is the case then it brings in to question the other statements in the interims.

Important point so would be interested in your sources!
