Because there was greater selling pressure. We all know that buys and sells are matched, but where there are more people wanting to sell it forces the price down. There is no point in arguing with the market, it doesn't listen.

Looking to enter at circa 5p, a good sign Paul Scott has sold his holding as they are copying Quindell.

Lauders

Thanks to you, I accidentally put my finger through the wallpaper I was hanging. Anyway, a little bit of extra attention with the roller should sort that out, so I won't hold it against you.

Hey, I thought you had filtered me.

As the share price is getting interesting again, do you think I should be going back in soon.

Its a SETS/MM share, market makers are irrelevant, look at the number of AT traders on L2

You will have another couple if weeks yet of price going up and down till all the T25 traders are out.As I said from my other post this has been ramped up before results so they will have to buy their shares or sell them now at a loss MMs know this.By next month we will be moving back up slowly again nothing changed in the story yet so just hold on

hvs1 = The Handyman. Multiple handles says it all really. Both filtered now. Perhaps there will be less noise here and HHR can just get on with it now? Looking forward to the months to come and decision on the compensation + news on progress with the plans for the recent fund-raising. We know what part of it was used for and await the next RNS ;-)

bc4 Don't let LAUDERS dictate who you should filter. Be your own person. Sounds to me as though LAUDERS is 'holding the fort' while I pop out for a while. Compared to him, I don't think I qualify as the muppet round here. What do you reckon? Re-entry at say, 6.5p. Regards old man.

pcjoe I agree however even the company does not know the full extent of their losses at this time and are working with insurers to conclude then same on a case by case basis. By negotiation rather than Legal proceedings we are more likely to get a more favourable result short term than long is my understanding.

Ant - If things going our way legally then we will be entitled to total sum lost - No more & No less - The onus will be on HHR to prove the size of the sum which was lost - An important consideration for the company/SP/Divi if substantial sum is involved - I think we would all like to know what the actual loss was so we can see what is quite likely coming our way

Hopefully, as we are the injured party, then our legal expenses & loss of interest on Sums due etc will also be taken into consideration

ITINVESTOR exactly if you are holding you will get it so what is the rush the share price is steadily rising so long may it continue I know people take profits but other people buy in like you said top notch management here IMHO

Why is everybody so obsessed with the share price and the autofocus settlement.Of course it would be a little icing if hhr receive compensation but at the end of the day this will be a one off payment so forget it.The reason you buy shares in a company is that you believe the underlying business will generate good profits which may be distributed as dividends or used for acquisitions. We have excellent management which has the backing of the City and it is in their interest to grow the business.I am extremely pleased with the progress made over the last year or so and see no reason why it shouldn't continue. bc4, I guess people speculate in order to try to work out the potential impact on the share price and value of the company.

Why speculate the company will have a good idea and when it comes it will be paid as a special divi
