25/3/2014 15:20 | NT has just bought in: "I bought some Helphire (HHR) at 6.6 at the follow up and a few more at 6.7 at Monday's event - looks an interesting recovery play. HHR looked down and out a while ago but it has turned around with a restructuring and now has loads of cash and even better a return to profit. Of course being early in the story there is some risk but worth the risk." | protean
25/3/2014 14:48 | Yes I have always spent the divi money on more shares to build my stake up thus increasing the divi payout each time | bc4
25/3/2014 13:48 | bc4 Holding over 1.5 million of these no A very interesting recovery play Will continue to add on dips. We are seeing some interesting volumes and though it is being "sold" the share price continues to tick up today. 27th should be interesting if like me others have decided to take shares in place of their dividend Perhaps we will see it over 7p again. | ant15
25/3/2014 12:12 | Very tight spread 6.76p to sell 6.765p to buy | bc4

24/3/2014 11:26 | telbap Yes! but Helphire was founded by a solicitor to provide accident victims with their legal rights which were not being provided by the cosy arrangements between insurance companies. So if any company could resist this obstruction you would have thought that HHR could. It must be able to afford the best legal advice with so much money at stake here. | nicky name
24/3/2014 08:43 | The law is a fickle thing nicky.... I have been on the legal winning end of litigation (with a.builder) but still came.out financially down.....unless you have very.deep pockets it is almost impossible to win even if you have a nice clear case, the toads will muddy the water as much as they can. | telbap
21/3/2014 15:03 | at it again I see | risk1
21/3/2014 07:00 | bc4 this is a great little stock Its not going to out perform short term unless we see further announcements ( Autofocus or a further acquisition) but will move forward overtime to produce excellent capital growth and dividend income. | ant15
20/3/2014 20:44 | Yes one more to come in September with f/year figs though don't know how much that will be depends on profits and possible autofocus payouts although they have said they will payout as much as possible | bc4
20/3/2014 18:37 | BC4 - 0.165+0.11+0.054 = 0.329 0.329/6.5 = 5.1% same div yield as Sainos | toffeeman
20/3/2014 16:36 | TOFFEEMAN what has Sainsbury got to do with HHR? | bc4
20/3/2014 14:03 | Just a matter of opinion but if SBRY cuts their dividend then most of the rest of the market will already have done so. | toffeeman
20/3/2014 09:37 | madmix the dividend policy is to pay as much out of profits as possible Dividends Two interim dividends were declared on 27 September 2013 (0.110 pence per share paid on 25 October 2013) and 28 November 2013 (0.171 pence per share paid on 10 January 2014). The board has pleasure in declaring a third interim dividend of 0.054 pence per share payable on 27 March 2014 to those shareholders on the register on 7 March 2014 (2012: GBPnil). This dividend makes a total of 0.335 pence declared for the year to date. The board expects to declare any final dividend with its full year results for the year ended 30 June 2014 at the end of September 2014. I am pleased to note that dividends declared in the 12 months since the GBP25.6 million open offer and placing at 2.5 pence that was completed on 28 March 2013 amount to 0.500 pence per share and total net dividends of GBP8.5 million. The total dividends per share of 0.500 pence equates to a net dividend yield of 20% over the period for those | bc4
20/3/2014 09:23 | TOFFEEMAN Why is the divi more risky here then? | bc4
19/3/2014 19:46 | I see that N+1 Singer (05/03/14) are forecasting a 0.4p dividend for 2014 and 0.6p for 2015. However, these numbers are the same as their eps forecasts, suggesting a 100% dividend payout ratio. I also assumed that the dividends would be lower than this. Has anyone here seen the note? | madmix |
