23/5/2014 19:04 | No, I bought some more this morning, because it's very good value, the reason the share price is drifting down is that there is a persistent seller, which could be invesco since they had 29% of the company. I thought the seller had gone, and the reason I jumped in but I was wrong, a lot of sells again today in very exact multiples, definitely ii. | modform
23/5/2014 18:39 | HL is my broker. I think that was the value at end of yesterday. Tried to get through to their helpdesk people but missed the cutoff today (18:00) will call them tomorrow and ask what's up. Must be because of the name change surely? Woodford wouldn't have parted with £10 mil if there was a chance the company was going bust. | james010
23/5/2014 17:52 | HL says the same thing, but shares suspended at 6.01, which is not the price at the end of today. | modform
23/5/2014 17:37 | Might be being an idiot here, but my broker is saying shares suspended. I take it this is due to the name change and not anything else? | james010
23/5/2014 09:27 | Helphire Group PLC Result of EGM ("Helphire" or the "Company") Result of General Meeting The Directors of Helphire are pleased to announce that at its General Meeting held earlier today the proposed resolution, as set out in the notice of general meeting circulated to the shareholders of the Company on 1 May 2014 was passed. Full details of the voting results will be available on the Company's website at www.helphire.co.uk. Notes to Editors: Helphire Group plc ("Group") is a market leader in providing accident assistance to non-fault motorists involved in road accidents. In partnership with the insurance and motor industries, Helphire delivered accident management solutions, including vehicle replacement and legal representation, to over 100,000 motorists in 2013, ensuring that they remain mobile until their own vehicles are repaired or until they are put in a position to obtain a replacement. Following changes in the legislation that now enables non-solicitors to own law firms the Group now includes a number of legal practices and the Group, which owns its own fleet of replacement vehicles, now provides a unique "one stop shop" providing comprehensive assistance to victims of accidents covering both motor and other incidents. With effect from 23 May 2014, the Company's name will be changed to Redde plc. The new name, which is associated, in Latin, with the concept of restoration, more appropriately describes the Group's enlarged field of activities, strategic aims and wider business focus. | totally banjo
