No nobody knows yet but could be over a thousand cases, even 5 million will be a very handy payout to shareholders any more could equate to over a years profits hope that helps anything to add anyone ?

Robert Keith has been diluted by the placing. I would like to own as much of the company as he does though!

I am hoping that the company is acquiring a good law firm in the new year, from which to grow margins.

The Competition Commission is looking at this industry, but the insurance industry needs companies like Quindell and Helphire as much as they need the insurance companies to pay the bills. I have a feeling that a more collaborative approach is likely. Let's hope so, because both sides have wasted so much money on 'frictional costs' over the years i.e. paying lawyers good money to fight each other.

Well, the £60m has now been raised according to the voting rights so we should expect acquisition news shortly and also be able to see which institutions supported the placing.Merry Xmas and hopefully a Healthy and profitable New Year to all holders, LT

Divis being paid at over 10%, no debt, rising profits, autofocus settlement to come and paid out as a special divi also strategic growth planned since the 13p days, have I missed anything RISK1 ha ha

Just put HHR.L on CR's 2014 Challenge to double....

GAP from 6.5p to 13p needs filling. Current price is 5.3p so I am hoping that this gap gets filled in 2014. Definately one for the stocking chaps!

This board have delivered every thing and more they promised,.445 already paid out in divis since march and more to come in feb that is going to be well over 12% of the av share price in less than 12 mths and if they pay say .1p that will be over 10 % of current price. Also autofocus comp is getting nearer by the month, next year could be mega for HHR merry XMAS all holders of HHR

Period between Dec 24th- Jan 7th new placing shares admitted

10th Jan 0.171p dividend pay date.

Details of acquisition probably January

End Feb third dividend announced to be paid in March

Acquisition completed April?
