28/11/2013 21:35 | i think 8 to 10p, but we wont see that for months if we have a large seller, beterr profits elsewhere | steveglobal4
28/11/2013 08:23 | Wouldn't be surprised to see a share consolidation in the future ( 10 or 15 for 1). | ltinvestor
28/11/2013 08:13 | Steve same question what do you think they are worth in pence? | bc4
28/11/2013 07:36 | I was only making a point that perhaps debtor days will not fall much further and if this means margins cannot be improved much further? I don't disagree there is further upside here but remember having 1.5 billion shares in issue means there is a limit to how high the share price will go. 9p seems about right on an one year view gl | knigel
28/11/2013 07:27 | Knigel so what if they do ? If you take into account the dividend they paid in October they produced £4.9m of cash in the 4 months. Taking into account that the debtor days were slighly higher this means they are probably running at an annual profit of £15m. Say the autofocus settlement will eventually be worth £20m this means that the company is valued at £65m (net). On a PE of say 12 (low)net of tax the cap should be £140m ie 9p per share. | parsons
28/11/2013 05:30 | If sales have increased in the quarter this would impact the KPI? | deanowls
27/11/2013 23:17 | Have they hit a wall with getting debtor days down? Although seasonal, debtor days were up? Perhaps there is not much cost cutting the company can now do and debtor days will stay around this level? | knigel
27/11/2013 23:12 | bc, I have a feeling one of the big holders is selling. | steveglobal4
27/11/2013 15:38 | Steve g not long ago you said these shares are worth over 7p that was before this update, forget the seller what they worth now | bc4
27/11/2013 15:34 | So what the price has not dropped and it won't change mine but it must have changed yours, this update is as good as it gets! | bc4
27/11/2013 15:08 | the seller has been here for weeks, the update wont change his mind | steveglobal4
27/11/2013 14:47 | And up we go on the next leg | sefton1
27/11/2013 14:23 | These will be over 6p at crimbo IMHO | bc4
27/11/2013 13:13 | I think one of the big holders here is selling up, could last months | steveglobal4
27/11/2013 13:11 | another million late trade not shown yet | steveglobal4
27/11/2013 12:47 | The competitor which left the market last December was Drive Assist which seems to have buckled when it lost a major customer to Enterprise rent a car I believe. I do not understand anybody interpreting the Autofocus statement as showing any progress whatsoever. No surprise to me. Something is being hatched behind the scenes imo. The interesting bit of the statement is: " As previously reported, the refinancing of the Group that was completed on 28 March 2013 has put the Group on a much stronger footing and has raised the Group's stature in the marketplace. As a consequence, the Group is being invited to participate in an increasing number of commercial and other opportunities which, if consummated, could provide a platform for more significant growth in the future. " To me this implies propositions (not all commercial, and possibly involving consummation)are being made by third parties. Maybe private equity will fund and merge Helphire with complimentary businesses? Something like that. As Lord Orphan recently observed, Sovereign recently made an investment in Kindertons. In this case, the question is how much would a private equity firm pay per Helphire share and the potential for increasing its competitiveness and growth potential. Did anyone on here attend the AGM this year? | nicky name
27/11/2013 12:27 | because the market is well dodgy imo I reiterate it would have been 4p max without a positive update in my opinion Who did buy the shares by the way???????????? | risk1
27/11/2013 12:15 | Same here, they are trying to drive the price down why? keep buying no brainer | bc4
27/11/2013 12:00 | I must admit I have just topped up again. I think the statement this morning was the most bullish they have made for years and there is definately at least a few pence and a good dividend in this one. | parsons
27/11/2013 10:00 | expect to see another 1 mill and slightly over 500k delay trades shown later | steveglobal4
27/11/2013 09:26 | This from last years Interims:- "As well as the exit from the market of a major competitor in December 2012" So the first six months of this financial year has been without this Competitor!!! As I am relatively new to this share I don`t know who they where, Anybody? | dan de lion
27/11/2013 09:17 | There are still people coming out, those who like me were stuffed full of "rights" shares, but when that is over yes they are really worth 7.5p of anybodies money !! | parsons
27/11/2013 09:01 | It's about time the government investigated fraudulent mm activity really. I bet it's a huge can of worms! With many big names involved. Give us a reporting system that shows buys as buys and sells as sells for a start. That can't be too difficult. It's 2013!!! My iphone is probably powerful enough to run such a system. And here we are trying to make money, being tricked and lied to. While the rich become richer. Wow I feel better now I said that. Ok carry on :D | derektrade33
27/11/2013 08:54 | That's what they want! | bc4
27/11/2013 08:49 | Am fed up with the market What would have happenned if results were the opposite 4p?????????? | risk1 |
