Another 3 'Sales & Purchase Obligations' cases published yesterday.

What happened to all that guff of 10% deposits, credit checks and arranging credit before allocating a production slots?

More than 6 months on since the Harvest 'Positive Court Ruling' RNS the Agrocerrado appeal continues with lawyers yesterday given 5 days to agree to a virtual trial.
FFA still representing Triunfo though I doubt that will be free-of-charge?

Not sure why a farmer would use this product in addition to a proper NPK fertiliser, or even instead of ? Makes more sense to use it in an asfaltico mix for road surfaces does it not. They could’ve sold for the road building nearby. Missed a trick there

More accurate foresight there from VladTI. I remember your Sell Note to the city at 16p

....

Tbf, the research was the posts you two made here. It wasn't a difficult decision

Prob have a very clear idea end of Sept. Maybe best to pay the farmer a wad before then

It's a farmer that's claiming R$561,023.40 and that would be equal to a 10% deposit on 33kt @ R$170 tonne, but for 33kt they could have taken a smaller % deposit?

I'd say 50/50 at the moment, end of September have a better idea?

£90k? I doubt anyone will take part in a placing to pay legal fees

What are the chances of HMI existing beyond Christmas ?

33kt?

There's a lawsuit against Triunfo started end June this year and the case value is R$561,023.40.
The case subject is Civil Law - Compliance and Termination of Obligations.

I took from the AGM audio 29.20 that the 33kt had been paid for, but not collected at the time when the auditors visited. But was it ever collected, or was it refunded ?

Y/E 2022 22kt of sales orders disappeared.
Mid April 2023 RNS a further 33kt of 2022 invoiced sales became advanced sales for 2023 with no mention of delivery and no mention of payment, just 'invoiced'.
Mid August 2023 RNS the 33kt advanced sales were still just 'invoiced' and again no mention of delivery and no mention of payment.
In the latest IM audio the MD said the 33kt had been paid for but no mention of delivery.
Is this 33kt still in the shed?
If it's been delivered, put that in a RNS!
If it's been paid for, put that in a RNS!
How much has been paid? the full amount? or just 10% deposit?
Or is it a wait for another legal case?

Not just 'plc costs'.
There's ANM costs and submissions, with a couple (3) key submission due end of September.

I’m worried about them now, sounds like they’ve done all they can, but not sure that 20p to 2p is just bad market luck? Quite a lot of money seems to have gone walkies on failed projects right…..and230;…60kt of ‘fertiliser rock’ in the shed, sounds like any customers either don’t pay, or pay up front but don’t bother collecting the ‘fertiliser rock’ ? If there’s no money to pay management, then what hope is there of paying plc costs?

I guess Minas Gerais can be a full on exhausting rollercoaster of extremes...Anyone who survives a few years in that place deserves some empathy. Hope they don’t take it to heart but listening to the AGM it does sound to me like it’s really the end of the road if London can’t be tapped for funding ? And if management are not getting paid then funding via a placing must surely have not been possible? Sounds to me like they are past caring at this point, which is somewhat understandable given the climate

sleveen,

Remember the Agrocerrado order was invoiced (No.83), it wasn't delivered and appeared in the accounts as 'revenue from fertiliser contracts', same auditor as well.

Harvest have said this 33kt will appear in FY2023 revenue so let's see if it appears in the interims due end of Sept 23?
Only six weeks to go!
