Then see below...Although the small cap markets are, in general, on its knees, there seems far to much negativity around a company that : - Has had 16,000+ t of sales orders received v anticipated 12,000 - Had sales invoiced and delivered for 3,560t -On target 200,000 invoiced sales of KP Fertil (a 33% increase from 2022) -Cashed up and producing So, PLEASE e-mail me ( david I [e-mail] ) and we will send questions to the Company and propose a Q+A style interview with Sarah Lowther in due course.

They could be just confused, the heat, the dust...who knows?

October 2018 to early 2021, it's a long time. May be they just forgot Ernani Klinfelhoefer Judice was also a director at Geociclo, or may be they never met him?

It must happen all the time, you raise an invoice (NF), you start court proceedings, then suddenly you realise it's not your invoice. Embarrassed you are though not enough to drop the case, but enough to raise an injunction to with draw your name from the court case.
Discuss whether the invoice is due, or not, then the case goes on, and on, and....

The director of Ventinno Capital... is the very same Ernani Klinfelhoefer Judice named in the Agrion/Geocilco "fraud" appeal?



As previously raised on this board (2021), Ventinno Capital... is the very same company in the Triunfo Mineracao... v Ventinno Capital... case started March 2021.

Here's an extract of movement/progress in that case (4th July 2021):

Decision - Anticipation of injunction granted Description: This is a request for urgent injunction through which the plaintiff intends that the defendant company be determined to withdraw the name of the plaintiff of the protest. I emphasize that the protest of the plaintiff's name (see page 69) causes damages and that the plaintiff claims not to be a debtor of the NF 162, due to the termination of the contract for the provision of services. Thus, in order to avoid losses for the plaintiff, while discussing whether the said Invoice is due or not, based on art. 300, of the CPC, I grant the request for urgent relief so that the defendant determines the suspension of the protest, within 72 hours. Sign up to the 4th Office of Protest of Deeds (see pages 69/70) to comply. The defendant is summoned to respond within 15 days. View Digitally Signed Act

Just as a reminder, Triunfo Mineracao is the 'plaintiff'.

Here's a little extract from a recent appeal case judgement:

The Appellant requests the exclusion of the defendant from this execution.

It claims that Mr. Ernani was not a partner of the executed Geociclo, but only provided administration services. He asserts that, with his market experience, he founded the company Agrion, which is not part of an economic group like Geociclo.

Well then.

The judgment creditor requested the inclusion of the company Agrion, stating that it has the same managing partner, with the same objectives. In the ID request. 5e7a51e, adduced that it can be verified when consulting the Agrion website (hxxps://agrionweb.com/) and the Geociclo website (hxxp://www.geociclo.com.br/), that the object is the same, as well as the managing partner and symbol used on employees' uniforms. He asserted that Mr. Ernani Klingelhoefer Judice set up the company Agrion to defraud the executions filed against Geociclo.

In the contested decision, the inclusion of Agrion as a defendant in the present execution was determined, as the formation of an economic group was recognized.

If there was just one bidder then Brl$1 would have been enough.
In the case of Harvest's group Brazilian businessmen, sole bidders, they managed to get it up to Brl$51,000.
May be they need to offer it FOC to a mining company, preferably one that understands the meaning of mine 'to dig under to gain access'?

A couple more processes in the labour court for dismissal and non-payment salary.
Numbers are adding up!

Not so good for one of the claimants. Seems they were dismissed soon after a serious injury at work.
