I make that 18 x 1t big bags at R$141,966 (£18,730) a bag? Inflation? Probably a typo. I guess its supposed to say 18,000 bags?

Yep, for a while it looked like Agrocerrado were taking most of the 36kt order. Now it looks like they took less than 1kt leaving Triunfo to invoice for 17,035.92t that Agrocerrado did not take. Wonder what the T&Cs were? 50%?

It does explain that pile of dust left on the ROM.

Anyway, it's hard to believe they could get 17,035.92t to of dust in to just 18x1t big bags?

Worked out quite well I'd say, Triunfo had an invoice for R$2.5million to go through the accounts, though they had to pay R$51k CFEM but no problem with £8million in the bank and eventually they got the CFEM back via the courts. Only draw-back is they are stuck with 17kt of Agrocerrado dust.

Doesn't matter what you call it on an invoice if there's no sale.

product described as Kamafugite on the invoice. I would have called it fertiliser really. Or at least remineraliser

Here's another one,

Why have Triunfo Mineracao do Brasil Ltda made payment to a company called 'Ferraz & Ferraiuoli Avevedo - FFA Servicos de Assistencia Comercial Ltda' a company owned by Luis Azevedo & Soraya Lopes Ferraz which have not been listed in 'Other transactions with Key Management Personnel' of HMI accounts June 2019?

Date 31-01-2019
Payment R$65,695.00

FIGURES FROM TRIUNFO STATEMENT(BRADESCO)

I'm not sure if they've been moving 100kt of dust in any direction, but I can see money and revenue moving.

I've had a look at the Triunfo invoice to Agrocerrado that prompted the cancellation of their order.
The details are:
Date 28-12-2018
Value R$2,555,388.00
Product Kamafugito
Quantity 18 Big Bag
Gross weight 17,035.920
Unit Value 150.00
Total Value 2,555,388.00

THOSE FIGURES ARE TAKEN DIRECTLY FROM THE DANFe INVOICE.

No wonder the 6 months to December 2018 looked good.

I wouldn’t be surprised if 100kt has been moved away. Possibly used to fill a hole somewhere? Or possibly used in place of a real fertiliser?

The only opinion that matters is that of the market - unfortunately, it doesn’t believe the Harvest Minerals story !

WHL2, it’s difficult to say but the target of 80KT is set at an achievable level. With sales going from strength to strength I would say that the dales team are making fantastic progress and exceeding expectations

not sure how things can 'improve' as the ingredients of the product are fixed. It would imv be a miracle if the ingredients of the product miraculously fitted the deficiencies of a farmer's soil. What are the chances?
