05/1/2021 20:25 | There's a big difference between "are proving" and "will prove" Are proving should be backed up by growing sales, and I don't just mean an extra 2-3000 tons. Only large growth in sales will get this up I'm afraid, the market has seen too many false starts by the company hence the current share price. | whl2
05/1/2021 19:38 | Sugar Cane results and uptake for coffee (composting) are proving to be transformational for the company. | harvestminerals

04/1/2021 09:15 | Theres always comments, were just hoping there will be some big orders this year. | madmonkflin
03/1/2021 14:56 | Surely a few epic shorts in there ? | kreature
03/1/2021 13:59 | I wonder if 2021 will be the year HMI will finally produce some decent revenue? I'm amazed there haven't been more comments about the level of remuneration in the accounts for a company that has disappointed so much over the years. | andy
03/1/2021 13:55 | burtond1, "carefully selected", or because they have paid you to be featured? | andy

15/11/2020 18:42 | Playing the player rather than the ball slarty? Huge red flag IMO. Perhaps you should stick to the OPTI thread? | kreature
04/11/2020 01:05 | Looks like Agrocerrado have removed Kpfertil from their website ? | kreature
03/11/2020 09:08 | Camt buy any shares at the moment.... | madmonkflin
02/11/2020 09:20 | You do have to wonder if Agrocerrado bought the dust under a contract but could not sell it, it's Agrocerrados dust so could not be sold by HMI. Consequently, the dust was moved to one end of the ROM for storage. That would explain why they landscaped a lorry turning pad when all they had to do was process the dust on the ROM to create a turning space? Since the alledged court ruling HMI could be processing the dust, selling it on behalf of Agro.... and reducing their debt? All a bit of a wild guess, but since there's absolutely no available records of the court ruling at TJMG portal, who knows? YP | ypymytyc
01/11/2020 16:42 | So 299k in revenue, most likely booked but not received, and also in tribunal ? Or perhaps not that chunk as it’s expected to be received? And which company owes the 684k ? It’s not Agrocerrado Ltda is it? Either some subsidiary , or a separate entity right ? Well you know whatever, at least the land is graded with a nice new barn I suppose | kreature
01/11/2020 10:26 | So do Agrocerrado still sell the kpfertil? Weren’t they the main customer ? You know what, I think this may be a zero within 12 months. That’s just my opinion though | kreature
01/11/2020 10:00 | The 250k difference (247,926) may have been recognised as revenue (Within the 299,449) but not received ? ‘Cash advances 280,801 ‘ is still under the heading ‘ TRADE AND OTHER RECEIVABLES’ so it has not yet been received in my opinion. Re 684,955......’ I wish everyone were so optimistic in life. Kmine taking payment early is very prudent imv. Good job. I guess there are many other jackpot winners here though. | kreature
01/11/2020 04:58 | The ‘Royalty expense’ (CFEMs, 2% of sales price) of AUD$5,840 is a quite interesting one given the claim to have sold 50kt in 2019? Q1/20 3,334t and Q2/20 6,525t. As CFEMs are paid at the end of the following month, then the $5,840 would exclude June 2020 but include the whole of December 2019. Let’s be generous and ignore Q2/20 sales as they could all have been sold in June 2020, then the $5,840 is for the Q1/20 3,334t and December 2019: 3,334 x Brl$200 x 0.35 (Brl$/AUD$ Jan 20) = ~AUD$234,000 x 2% = AUD$4,680 So that leaves AUD$1,160 for Dec 2019 sales, that’s about 830tonnes. If you have a copy of the ANM CFEM report for sales 2019 where the months of Nov and Dec 19 are missing you may find the claim of 50kt sold in 2019 hard to believe? YP | ypymytyc
01/11/2020 04:08 | I see they paid Kmine AUD$200k on 13th Feb 2020 ‘as per the Sergi Project Mineral Rights Purchase and Sale Agreement’. AUD$100k was due Dec 2020 and the final payment of AUD$100k was due Dec 2021 as per the admission doc and all accounts posted since admission. Why have they paid it now? Well, the ANM decision, 3rd time, on the key tenement for SERGI is due anytime now so best get your mates paid off? The laughable bit to this is that in the latest accounts it’s listed as ‘Acquisition of Sergi Project1’, Project1? I wonder if Project2 will be the 4 new tenements by Triunfo.. yet to be announced to the SH. Perhaps a placing for the Petrobras drilling data is needed? YP | ypymytyc
01/11/2020 03:43 | It appears that Agrocerrado have actually paid ~AUD$250k of the original debt. In the accounts to Dec 2019 the amount was AUD$932,881 and since reduced to AUD$684,955 in the accounts to June 2020. Looking at the unexplained cash advance of AUD$280k (was $63k) I’m wondering if HMI have given the cash to Agrocerrado to part pay the debt? On the other hand, they’ve just may have found some other lame duck company like Geociclo to further empty the bank account? YP | ypymytyc
31/10/2020 11:14 | Trade payables $338,419, payable on 60 day terms. So I guess that’s gone, leaving what $4m? And somehow burning just under 4m every 6 months? Then 684k at tribunal, and the balance of trade debtors still not paid ? Is it time to delist from AIM to save money? | kreature
31/10/2020 10:55 | On 27 February 2020, .......a payment of US$1m was made by the Company to the original vendors of the asset upon the granting of the full mining permit. Awesome. Drinks all round? | kreature
31/10/2020 10:12 | RNS: ‘ 1included in the debtors balance as at 30 June 2020 is an amount receivable of $684,955 from a third party, Agrocerrado Produtos Agricolas. In September 2020, the Company instigated legal proceedings to recover the debt. On 25 September 2020, the Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de Minas Gerais issued judgment against Agrocerrado Produtos Agricolas for the full amount of the debt plus costs. The Company is now taking steps to enforce the judgment. The Company considers the amount to be fully recoverable and as such, no impairment has been made’ Best of luck recovering that one. What are the chances? £530,000.....wow. Or is AUS$ ? In which case it’s only £372,000 missing ? Total comprehensive loss for the half-year (3,806,234). Up from (1,177,938) for the previous 6 months | kreature |
