27/2/2020 18:28 | Lack of director buys also worrying. McMastger and Azevedo have put money into Jangada so its not as though they can plead poverty. The scumbags pulled a fast one when they raised cash when they did. No wonder overhang is as it is. No one trusts them. | horndean eagle
27/2/2020 13:09 | They say always better to travel than to arrive. So now that the FML is in the bag, what is the next catalyst to drive the price higher, and how long is the wait for that likely to be? At the moment to me it feels like all there is to look forward to is another Q&A RNS perhaps, and hopefully more clarity on any sales and future funding. Difficult to see how the share price won’t drift in this environment, so what reasons are there to invest now rather than later? Also....What effect if any is the weakening Real having on the business ? | kreature
27/2/2020 12:04 | Good news this for HMI. In a "normal" market shares would have been up 20-25% ...The main benefit of receiving the full mining licence for #HMI is that it will provide tenure to exploit the resource even further, positively effecting production output. Brian said in an interview late last year mining licence would be achieved in Q1 and profitability by year end. So all on target... | burtond1
27/2/2020 11:00 | Could be, if someone wasn’t selling perhaps, and if there was some update on sales and remaining cash? Great news on the FML but I guess it was expected, hence the market’s damp squib response | kreature
27/2/2020 10:24 | Could be a fantastic rise later on the day Sp is bargain | profit7
27/2/2020 09:41 | A cool $1m less in the bank then ? Plus the USD is at record highs against the Real. Absolute jackpot lotto win for the sellers. Congratulations? How much NSR have the vendors received to-date in total ? Answer 2% ? Yes but how much in dollars ? How much cash remains after paying the 1m? How have sales been doing during the rains and carnival ? Ps Great news on the FML | kreature
27/2/2020 09:13 | Full Mining Permit granted and ditched performance shares. Progress on one front and recognition of the lousy share price performance on the other. | roguetreader
27/2/2020 09:13 | As set out in the original sale and purchase agreement, a payment of US$1m was to be made by the Company to the original vendors of the asset on "commercial production" being achieved at Arapua. This was defined as being upon the award of the full mining permit and so will now be made. This will be made from current cash in hand. The net smelter return ('NSR') of 2% will continue to be paid to the vendors. Further details on the sale and purchase agreement are contained in the Company's AIM Admission Document. | colin12345678
27/2/2020 08:49 | 2nd great rns....NO issue of performance shares! Double whammy RNS! | zen12
26/2/2020 11:44 | Andy - apologies, you are right that they are not a broker, however I thought it was interesting to share their opinion although I accept that it has no more importance than any of our views. GLA | montyville2
22/2/2020 00:51 | Montyville, SWS is not a broker, they are a financial reporting site based in Australia | andy
21/2/2020 21:48 | It isn't any different. Extraction of mineral substances prior to FML is according to the mining code 'considered as exceptional'. YP | ypymytyc
21/2/2020 21:09 | Can't argue with the storage solution. Not sure if today's request differs from the 21/2/2019 request | kreature
21/2/2020 20:57 | From Lavra Technical opinion doc, obviously for last years 50kt that's stored in the mine 'A Triunfo Mineração Ltda. já se encontra em operação, autorizada pela Guia de Utilização Nº 43/2018, com validade até 25/04/2019, bem como pelo seu tempestivo pedido de renovação, protocolizado em 21/02/2019, ainda não analisado pela ANM, hipótese em que a titular terá automaticamente seu prazo dilatado por mais um ano, o seja, até 24/04/2020.' Google translate: Triunfo Mineração Ltda. is already in operation, authorized by the User Guide No. 43/2018, valid until 25/04/2019, as well as for its timely request for renewal, filed on 21/02/2019, not yet analyzed by ANM, hypothesis in that the holder will automatically have his term extended for another year, that is, until 04/24/2020. 21/2/2020 19:08 | Seems strange they would request a new GUIA considering the Mining Ordinance (FML) is just a matter of days away (IMO). I suppose it's a case of just going through the motions now. YP PS - we never did get to see the 50kt GUIA on a "rolling basis" did we? | ypymytyc
21/2/2020 17:46 | Just added on ANM process page: 'Solicitante: LUIS MAURICIO FERRAIUOLI DE AZEVEDO Data/Hora: 21/02/2020 - 12:26:58 Tipo Protocolo: Solicitar Guia de Utilização (permissão para realizar extração mineral excepcional antes da Portaria de Lavra)' Google translate 'Requester: LUIS MAURICIO FERRAIUOLI DE AZEVEDO Date / Time: 02/21/2020 - 12:26:58 Protocol Type: Request Usage Guide (permission to perform exceptional mineral extraction before the Ordinance of Lavra) ' YP | ypymytyc
21/2/2020 10:44 | How’d they do 50kt if agro didn’t work out? Bazaar isn’t it? ps. The open pit looks nice and flat today, though not much change since April 2017? Obviously lunchtime again ? | kreature |
