Can you please indicate what total annual sales would have to be to achieve that figure harvest, as I'm thinking we require 120 - 150 tons for a £4 million profit

I still forecast that. Why not? What’s changed (other than the price of oil and a virus).

It won’t go bust. It’s going to make a profit this year. It’s costs are linked to the Reais so stop panicking and take advantage

It's good to see the ANM put a copy of the DOU page showing the FML award. By shear coincidence it appears to be the same page posted here: 'ypymytyc - 26 Feb 2020 - 10:06:10 - 738 of 752 htTp://pesquisa.in.gov.br/imprensa/jsp/visualiza/index.jsp?data=26/02/2020&jornal=515&pagina=53&totalArquivos=170' May be it was sore heads from last carnival day that caused them to miss the FML award publication? Still, 24 hours late (at least) is better than 4 days too early IMO? Might have made quite a difference as to the share price movement, though we'll never know now? PS : I do like the bit on the MNE 'technical note' about production should stabalise at 200,000 tpa by year 4. Makes me wonder if it's the BoD that need to re-connect with the project? YP

kreature, Are there any related parties in the company that received the $1 million out of interest? Are the owners of that company known?

So now what ? Just wait for some fuzzy sales info ? I can't even get a quote to sell my shares at Barclays: 'Your quote request cannot be processed, please retry.'

Lack of director buys also worrying. McMastger and Azevedo have put money into Jangada so its not as though they can plead poverty. The scumbags pulled a fast one when they raised cash when they did. No wonder overhang is as it is. No one trusts them.

They say always better to travel than to arrive. So now that the FML is in the bag, what is the next catalyst to drive the price higher, and how long is the wait for that likely to be? At the moment to me it feels like all there is to look forward to is another Q&A RNS perhaps, and hopefully more clarity on any sales and future funding. Difficult to see how the share price won’t drift in this environment, so what reasons are there to invest now rather than later? Also....What effect if any is the weakening Real having on the business ?

Good news this for HMI. In a "normal" market shares would have been up 20-25% ...The main benefit of receiving the full mining licence for #HMI is that it will provide tenure to exploit the resource even further, positively effecting production output. Brian said in an interview late last year mining licence would be achieved in Q1 and profitability by year end. So all on target...

Could be, if someone wasn’t selling perhaps, and if there was some update on sales and remaining cash? Great news on the FML but I guess it was expected, hence the market’s damp squib response

A cool $1m less in the bank then ? Plus the USD is at record highs against the Real. Absolute jackpot lotto win for the sellers. Congratulations? How much NSR have the vendors received to-date in total ? Answer 2% ? Yes but how much in dollars ? How much cash remains after paying the 1m? How have sales been doing during the rains and carnival ? Ps Great news on the FML

Full Mining Permit granted and ditched performance shares. Progress on one front and recognition of the lousy share price performance on the other.

As set out in the original sale and purchase agreement, a payment of US$1m was to be made by the Company to the original vendors of the asset on "commercial production" being achieved at Arapua. This was defined as being upon the award of the full mining permit and so will now be made. This will be made from current cash in hand. The net smelter return ('NSR') of 2% will continue to be paid to the vendors. Further details on the sale and purchase agreement are contained in the Company's AIM Admission Document.

Andy - apologies, you are right that they are not a broker, however I thought it was interesting to share their opinion although I accept that it has no more importance than any of our views. GLA
