Lack of director buys also worrying. McMastger and Azevedo have put money into Jangada so its not as though they can plead poverty. The scumbags pulled a fast one when they raised cash when they did. No wonder overhang is as it is. No one trusts them.

They say always better to travel than to arrive. So now that the FML is in the bag, what is the next catalyst to drive the price higher, and how long is the wait for that likely to be? At the moment to me it feels like all there is to look forward to is another Q&A RNS perhaps, and hopefully more clarity on any sales and future funding. Difficult to see how the share price won’t drift in this environment, so what reasons are there to invest now rather than later? Also....What effect if any is the weakening Real having on the business ?

Good news this for HMI. In a "normal" market shares would have been up 20-25% ...The main benefit of receiving the full mining licence for #HMI is that it will provide tenure to exploit the resource even further, positively effecting production output. Brian said in an interview late last year mining licence would be achieved in Q1 and profitability by year end. So all on target...

As set out in the original sale and purchase agreement, a payment of US$1m was to be made by the Company to the original vendors of the asset on "commercial production" being achieved at Arapua. This was defined as being upon the award of the full mining permit and so will now be made. This will be made from current cash in hand. The net smelter return ('NSR') of 2% will continue to be paid to the vendors. Further details on the sale and purchase agreement are contained in the Company's AIM Admission Document.
