14/10/2020 15:11 | Interesting, the HSBC holding published today at 25% includes the 20% holding of the Edwards Family as per the note on the website.
"The Company considers this holding to include the 37,227,738 shares held by Edwards Family Holding Ltd, representing 20.03% of the issued share capital”
So either the Edwards Family have been accumulating another 5% at the lower prices or have combined their holding with A N Other? Somebody with a better knowledge than me of how these transactions play out may be able to pose some possible scenarios? | roguetreader | |
14/10/2020 10:06 | So, with #HMI up 10% today you can clearly see why this is just the start of the move up...These guys have not "expanded" for the sake of it. Factor in today's RNS with @HSBC_UK taking a 25% stake AND a main competitor being "Done" for tax avoidance and the future looks bright! | burtond1 | |
14/10/2020 09:19 | No one takes 25pct without doing their homework And we have fallen such a long way ,this will now be on the radar ,not onlyOf private investors but also other companies. | nico115 | |

29/9/2020 15:31 | The Company recently changed its financial year end date from 30 June to 31 December.
It produced an almost incomprehensible, convoluted RNS re timing, promising to publish its belated 2019 Annual Report and Accounts - now covering the six month audited period to 31 December 2019, as well as the 12 month audited period to 30 June 2019 (which has already been announced)- 'before 30 September 2020'.
It also promised to release a Trading Update for the 9 months to 30 September 2020 at the same time.
Well that's tomorrow: Wed ? . Will it do so? | scrutable | |

18/8/2020 08:57 | One person trying to pump it by buying a few grand then trying to make out theres positive news and that people are talking about it...which they weren't before that clown posted on twitter.Just a pump and dump attempt because the usual people are running out of low market cap stocks to pump. | apfindley | |
18/8/2020 08:22 | Exactly! - they've got the whole team pumping today on here and twitter - they'll have sold out by Friday. | whl2 | |

COVID delayed some sales which will now be coming through. Add those delayed sales to sales this qtr and the share price is hugely undervalued.

Cash + assets (plant, machinery, equipment) vs mcap with no debt its simple mathematics really.
-------
So you're not worried about lack of sales, cashflow, and profits then?
I guess that does keep the mathematics simple. | andy | |
