20/8/2016 08:00 | A DANF (direct application natural fertiliser) product The Maximus scoping study was based an initial resource of 883,000 tonnes, which, significantly, represents only around 3% of the estimated mineralisation at the Arapua property. Executive chairman Brian McMaster said: "We expect to be able to refine and improve on the numbers presented in the scoping study and we are in the process of appointing contractors to carry out the mining and processing, which could significantly reduce the initial CAPEX requirements and potentially reduce these already low OPEX [operating expenditure] costs even further." 20/8/2016 07:52 | hxxps://www.voxmarke At 5.23 mins into interview talks about NPV (Net Present Value) beieng absolutely crazy! Hence the rise! ------Scenarios with sales prices of US$50/t and US$65/t generated NPV's of US$15.0m and US$21.0m post tax, with a 10% WACC, and IRRs of 408.8% and 562.8% respectively ------Pricing scenarios between US$15/t to US$120/t generated NPVs of between US$1.1m to US$42.8m with IRRs of between 44% and 1,129% demonstrating the economic robustness of the project when stress tested. -----Entire project can be funded from existing cash reserves, with first production expected later this year. | h2owater
20/8/2016 07:37 | glenkaz..if going by your predictions on IRR, I think you have given HMI the voodo treatment...it will now drop! | fission453
20/8/2016 07:10 | ⛅️ morning all! I think this has a great chance of at least a bag next week ! Can't believe I sold at a loss!!! When I bought in at 5p 😁 Now I'm in at 21p grrr! Really don't pretend to know a lot here! But have to say buying frenzy right up to close says Monday boooooom! So happy to be at least in and watch the fun and games!!🙃 This could go anywhere! Huge trades for aim ! And the fact I could sell all at 4.20 Friday and not buy a sausage says to me 30p will be gone very quick Monday morning ! My thoughts only! Gla! You lucky 5p holders!🤑 | glenkaz
20/8/2016 06:42 | Hi guys. Well done to all of you you've have been in here. Yes I am a lone sheep as part of the herd over the weekend. Does anyone have any indications of a NAV for HMI. | nikki40
19/8/2016 19:43 | Soul - I think you are right to look at the intrinsic value of HMIs assets which a) are hugely way beyond the current market cap and b) compared to the obvious closest peer, sxx, this seems like the bargain of a lifetime. If there WAS a placing planned at 8p then I am not surprised it was pulled as 8p is a crazy price for this. As I said earlier in the week 50p seems like the minimum reasonable entry price even at this stage and we are getting it for absolute peanuts. I dont know what is currently driving the price, probably liquidity or rather lack of it but regardless of that the buying frenzy/urgency is astonishing. Looking to the future if everything goes to plan returns should be gigantic | charles clore
19/8/2016 19:39 | Booooooom Monday! Ha ha! Lse buzzing! Think herd on its way !! I'm all up for it and looking forward ! 🤒 | glenkaz
19/8/2016 19:35 | Cheers guys gonna chuck £10 k in Monday! On my head! I do believe there's more for the taking! 💵💰 | glenkaz
19/8/2016 19:17 | glenkaz I think with news due IF there was to be a placing (and I am not sure of that) then any associated weakness would be soon bought up. The comparison with SXX is a valid one in that they are massively valued but are going to have to go to great expense and jump through loads of hoops to ever get a bag of potash to market in probably 18months time, IF it ever gets off the ground. HMI are going to dig it straight out of the ground to a ready market and are valued at a fraction of SXX. HMI could very quickly become a buyout prospect from a bigger company. | soulsauce
19/8/2016 19:10 | GlenkazIt is high possibility to hit 50p next week. similar story kaz, sold 50k at 12.35p early in the morning yesterday!!! picked 100k today at 20.35p!Looking really good. all imo dyor. | miahkaysor
19/8/2016 19:09 | Hi all I got 5k late today was gonna put another £10k in to buy back £6 k and add some more! But got no trade!i hear now talk of placing! Is this going up any more? Or should I wait? Any help on this? | glenkaz
19/8/2016 18:48 | The TW piece sounds rather odd, like h2o says the CEO mentioned in the pieces that we had enough money, and if there has been so much short covering to take this to these heights where were all those trades at 8p on the wrong side? That said, as I posted earlier, it would make sense to take some cash on now but that can only be a positive and a value accretive thing to do to bring further projects on board or prove up more resources in a more timely fashion. | soulsauce
19/8/2016 18:13 | £50,000(0.35% of the company in one trade and now worth about £75,000) is huge for a minnow such as this. If it had been on a FTSE 100 company it would not even have been delayed. | johndee
19/8/2016 17:58 | Well done peeps! To think I bought £7k at 5p sold at a £1k loss backalong😁 Gets worse watched all week had£16 to put in put it in some bag o 💩! Then finally bought £10k at 21p accidentally sold£6k at 22p! When I wanted to buy another £6k fool! And cups not get a trade to buy back😁 Can this hit 50p next week? 🤒 | glenkaz
19/8/2016 17:51 | Australian ramp? The company is no longer listed on ASX. | charles clore
19/8/2016 17:38 | I'd hardly say a trade of £50k is a huge trade. Decent but not massive in the greater scheme of things really. | shakeypremis
19/8/2016 17:22 | Huge delayed trade(buy of 14.5 pence a share) from 14:26 yesterday of 344,827 sneaked in. | johndee
19/8/2016 17:01 | Does all that trading activity over the last 3 days look like short covering? Lol. | soulsauce |
