The Brazilian Government has set a mandate to be being free of Potash imports by 2020, thats a few years. Certifications need to be approved ASAP to stand any chance of achieving their targets

I plan to attend the AGM next week and will try and raise these issues including the obvious such as certification / sales / the $1m payment etc.

The $1M payment which is due on commencement of full commercial production will represent around 3 weeks work. It’s my opinion that this is in exchange for the mineral rights. Rio Verde May not exist but the payment is still due, hence Brian is using all the leeway in order to slide the full mining license right and get the $1m in cash so that we don’t have to dilute shareholders. Nothing has changed and it’s been covered many many times. I refer you to my earlier comment on commercial sensitivity.

I understand your question. The fact is that these are subsidiaries which are wholly owned by HMI. Therefore their assets are actually owned by HMI. It does not need to be broken down further. I have a bank account with savings in it. If you asked me to list my assets I would list the savings but not necessarily the account details. I hope you can understand this.

I actually cut and paste that from our website. It clearly states that there are two companies so I fail to comprehend where this confusion has come from. The information the company can divulge to public entities is limited due to commercial sensitivity and confidentiality. Therefore, it’s an unfortunate truth that investors must make their decisions based or generalisation. It seems that some investors spend their life pointing out that these generalisations don’t have sufficient granularity. I find it frustrating as do you but no company employee can add detail other than by RNS or divulge anything that may be considered price sensitive information.
