from 12th October RNS

Highlights

· First sales achieved pre remineraliser registration with customers including coffee growers, orchard and broad acre crop farmers

· Robust order book standing at over 20 direct consumers, distributers, blenders and co-operatives

· Modular processing plant fabricated and installed, completing low-cost production chain whereby KPfértil is milled and loaded into 1 tonne "big-bags" and picked up by the customer

· Number and size of orders expected to increase once KPfértil has been registered as a remineraliser by the Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply ('MAPA') - expected by end of Q4 2017

· Successfully completed an oversubscribed placing of shares to raise £1.2m at 10p per share

So no-one at all appears to be selling rockdust in "big bags" in Brazil right? There may be a few old adverts on the internet from before the regulations right? Labelling is crucial, & MAPA registration in crucial, right? Yet somehow "Sales continue"? How come ?

Even if they gave away fifty tons of rockdust free with every tradtional 25kg bag of fertiliser, wouldn't the rockdust still need to fully comply with MAPA law, the labelling and certification?

I should clarify. Produce at the capacity of the infrastructure in place. This would be to produce and sell between 200,000 and 240,000 tonnes in 2018 and complete a second mill in order to ramp up to 450000tpa.

Shouldn't we be discussing rockdust sales? Or should I list myself on AIM ?

Andy, this is because he told me he owned shares which I don't believe. No one would go to the lengths he has gone through to talk HMI down consistently day in day out if they held. Why did he not do all of this research beforehand before he invested? What was his reason for investing in the first place? It looks to me that he's being deceitful by telling people he bought shares meanwhile trying to scare others into selling. Looking at his posting history it's pure negative on every company he comments on, that can't be just a coincidence imo.

parisv,

Why does he need to "prove it"?

And to whom?

You also refer to "selling his shares", and "how big is your short" which is contradictory?

well on the bright side, at least we have the opportunity to pop along to the AGM 9,000 miles away in Perth to ask a few questions

1. what are the chances of matching the mineral neutrients of rockdust to a nearby farm?
2. Why was rocking abandoned in the 1970s?
3. Where are the leaching results that were due in Q3?
4. Where is the shareholder meeting to approve the 2,755,125 warrants?
5. Why has the RV2 fiasco not been explained?
6. How have you been able to sell rockdust without MAPA registration?
7. Why is 3.2.17 RNS missing from website?

Isn't it a bit cart-before-the-horse to sell unregulated rockdirt without first complying with NORMATIVA No.5 and getting proper labelling and certification ? Unless as you say it really was some kind of introductory offer with a free used bag ...or perhaps sold for another purpose, to fix the track or something ?

Not sure I can be bothered reading it. Is the answer zero ?

Final answer: Zero ?

Are the company mistaken about their sales? How can anyone make sales of dust in Brazil without first complying with MAPA law ?

I didn't notice a label on the HMI "Big Bag" containing the 'mandatory data' required by MAPA? Maybe it was on the inside ? Who was the dust sold to ?

MAPA:
'Article 13. In order to be sold or offered for sale throughout the national territory, substrates for plants and remineralizers, when packed or packaged, are obliged to display labels in appropriate packages, written in Portuguese, containing the following mandatory data:
I - in relation to the producer or importer establishment:
a) business name;
b) address;
c) CNPJ; and
d) establishment number in MAPA.
II - in relation to the product:
a) its name: SUBSTRATE FOR PLANTS or REMINERALIZER;
b) the classification of the substrates for plants in relation to the raw materials of the product, according to Art. 3 of this Normative Instruction, in Classes "A", "B", "C", "D", "E" and "F";
c) raw materials used;
(d) weight or volume: in kilograms or their multiples or submultiples, in the case of remineralizer; and in kilograms, liters, cubic meters or their multiples or submultiples, in the case of a plant substrate;
e) the expression "Brazilian Industry", "Imported Product" or "Product imported from (name of country) and packaged in Brazil", as the case may be;
(f) the manufacturer's business name and the name of the country of origin in the case of imported product; g) product registration number;
h) batch number;
(i) date of manufacture and expiration date, or date of manufacture and expiration date;
j) storage information, recommendations and limitations and restrictions on use and transportation;
(k) for products manufactured by third parties, the words: "Produced by (followed by the registration number of the contracted producer establishment)";
and
l) the chemical, physical (physical specification) and physical-chemical guarantees of the product;
m) the physical nature.'

I would think MAPA will be extremely thorough over registration of the dust. Won't be easy imo.

is the chemical test with acid.?:

'Reconsidering stonemeal
In a supplementary report, Ciceri estimates the amount of feldspar that would be necessary to sustain the growth rate of a real commercial crop, such as leeks. The strongly acidic solution he used in his leaching studies might not fully represent soil conditions. However, the action of humic and small organic acids released from roots into natural soils accelerate the rate of potassium ion leaching, bringing it to a value approximated by the acid environment'

Yp - do we know how the all important leaching test results turned out yet ??

MAPA says:
' ...these tests may be supplemented by incubation tests or leach columns, which conclusively demonstrate that the product is suitable for the intended purpose.'

RNS 16th Aug 2017
'Harvest requires the results of the laboratory analysis of the chemical composition of the dry matter, produced during the rice growth tests and the separate leaching test work. Both tests have been completed and analysis is underway with results expected soon.'
