RNS was just clearing the decks. They have to show they can financially carry out the contract. The warrants won't appear till after contract award.

HARL sentiment and anticipation alone will take it 13-14p imo... seller has to be out after todays record volume.. what happens after contract news is anyones guess... could hit 25p-30p... win win situation

Hmmm...

Ok back in Penny Puntland, in high risk territory where losses replace your shadow. However, the volume is what was asked for. It has blown out nicely to 24m without delayed prints. That means it actually has a chance to hold onto this short term gain, and if it closes anywhere around here, it is probably going to pop higher tomorrow for more short term gains.

Nipped in and out after getting stopped out for a small loss on the first attempt and hanging on with a small few now looking for a strong close and move to somewhere in the 8p-9p range to lob into.

These sorts can be real hard work so I'm sticking to small positions, but the bounce looks on here, and curious to see how it will eventually react to the contract news. Sticking to just nipping in and out, but it might have a big spike on the news, and then maybe folk sell as they wonder about the financing side of such a big contract - assuming it does happen.

Just not interested enough to worry about that side though so here is to more short-termism!

There was a surge in buying around 15:30 yesterday afternoon. Unsure if it has been tipped or some further possible news leak?

Follow through buying today with notable exchanges of over 8m already. It might just be traders at work (not too difficult to nip in and out of this one if not buying big) but the exchanges are interesting. Have to see if this volume does keep picking up for a big volume day (ideally want a monster volume day for a bigger move to lob into) and possible follow through to a bigger trading bounce.

There is going to be a definite rally in the share price having the huge fall over the last 20 months. 50p - 5.5p
With positive news of any form of contract, 20p plus is extremely plausible and will happen. Let's all favour the news this side of xmas.
The house of parliament discussions are almost verifying we have a good chance.
