i would be very suprised if Tower does not get approval,there is nothing in the current share price for this at the moment,i beleive..

the problem is the power stations have been using gas this winter rather than coal. if tower doesnt get approved we could see a couple of quid off here maybe

In Shares mag today-
Arbuthnot analyst Nick Spoiar has initiated coverage on haulier -to-coal miner Hargreaves Services with a BUY rating and a £10 target.
He sees business opportunities in the energy market across both the UK and mainland Europe and says it will be hard for any new competitors to emerge given high barriers to entry in its markets.............etc
