oh dear - currently down 90% !!!! - well at least they are now at the 3p level (or the 30p level before the 1-for-10 conversion)...

edit: but they are down 25%...yesterdays close was 41p....so a 10-for-1 would give an opening price of 4p!

Glad I had second thoughts about this and cleared out.
Is so obvious whats going on here. Im sure the well regulated LSE will sort these people out.....NOT!!

As Im said Im sure the no-show placing investors are anonymous companies with no assets, so nothing for Hansard to sue.
People with associations with this co's have probably been shorting the shares.

Wouldnt be suprised to see them suspended asking clarification of financial position.

Wasnt there some land in Barbados? I wonder who will pick that up eventually on the cheap?

Watshots whole coverage of this saga in the last week has been a shambles IMHO. They advised to buy on the 19th at 91p, then sell on the 20th at 75p. Then a buy today at 40.5p, then a sell an hour later. Meanwhile on Sunday, TW on the sister site T1ps advised stearing clear of all the companies TR is involved in altogether and described them as 'a risk you just never need to take'.

a writeup on watshot.com (issued after today's rns was released) wont help the share price tomorrow. It had this conclusion :

I would not invest in any of the Ramsden companies at anything other than a discount to net cash. And even then I'd think twice. This whole thing stinks

The way I look at it recent fall is partly due to problems with the raising - 6.8 is in the bank which is considerable. If it wasnt for the news we were in for a little recovery tomorrow - you never know the news may even be taken positively so sleep easy. I have 2000 shares at 0.38p and will see what happens tomorrow. Is anybody else in?

rumour is that one of the three investors who has withdrawn the funding is Terry Ramsden. Hansard has refused to deny this.

Looks like the shares will take a beating tomorrow.

Getting rid of any size is very difficult. I got rid of 20,000 at 80p when the spread was 84-87p So......v risky to make any serious money here.

yes picture....its a fakin dodgy game this.......a stock can rise from 10p to 90p without hesitation and then drop to silly lows.......anyhow, the general drift is downwards, abit dodgy to catch it falling
