17/11/2020 20:42 | It has done on other corporate actions | williamcooper104
17/11/2020 20:34 | Thank you very much for that William. It doesn't seem to have come up yet but I guess it takes a while for them to organise it. | researchcentre123
17/11/2020 19:24 | HL have a corporate action bar/tab - but you need to use the desktop version as it's (or doesn't appear to be) on the mobile app | williamcooper104
17/11/2020 18:36 | Not sure. They give a link on the announcement and that's got a form attached but must depend on if the brokers register the shares in your name. Do you know about this WilliamCooper? You seem to understand these things quite well | researchcentre123
17/11/2020 11:46 | Anyone there know how we go about getting the scrip instead of the shares? Am using Hargreaves Lansdown and was wondering if they'd have some automatic process? | 1hughb
13/11/2020 12:46 | I would imagine there's a way of getting the scrip even if you have to do it manually thru the post | researchcentre123
11/11/2020 15:57 | Presume so, which is ridiculous, as your shares will be diluted with everyone else who has received the free shares-worth ten times as much. No expert on divis, though. | cumnor
11/11/2020 10:56 | Re. Enhanced Scrip Divi. If you hold shares through a broker who doesn't accept scrip, does this mean you're forced to accept the tiny cash option? | gavin666
10/11/2020 13:08 | needs to get going if we are going to test 30p this week. | sr2day
09/11/2020 22:52 | 30p next target and resistance. | sr2day
09/11/2020 15:53 | Great to see this leading U.K. REITs higher today Also good to see logistics reits rising too - that's a secular growth story and not a zoom/lockdown play Generally a great day - nice weather too | williamcooper104
09/11/2020 15:41 | cut your losses more like it. | sr2day
09/11/2020 15:35 | Most of the risers today will tank tomorrow Take your Profits | jayminpatel1
09/11/2020 15:06 | buywell,i suggest you go into hibernation.come back in May. | sr2day
09/11/2020 13:23 | This is heading towards 80p now. | wildsheroo
06/11/2020 19:19 | And an even more distressed chart which imo is more important as it encompasses everything | buywell3
02/11/2020 20:32 | I think the leverage on VIA was 48 percent - so could be closer to 30 discount to NAV Anyways - yes - it's a distressed sale | williamcooper104
02/11/2020 18:13 | By my calculations it's 26 percent not 30 to 36. Its 42 percent loan to value so you lose an additional 18.3 percent on the 42 (7.7p +18.3p). But you'd expect to offer a huge discount to real value if you're in a hurry in a pandemic. From the shareholders point of view it makes sense to sell off something on the cheap just to get the cash. On this basis they could sell off the whole company in a hurry at which on the same huge firesale discount would bring in 79p per share net after debt is paid off, given the June 30 valuation at 104p per share. We don't of course know what Lighthouse are planning but they are still buying shares as of Friday. | 1hughb
02/11/2020 07:40 | Hammerson completes sale 'of substantially all' of its 50% interest a portfolio of retail outlet centres for 307 million (£277m) which and represents a net initial yield of 6.5% and an 18.3% discount to gross asset value as at 30 June 2020.Which is encouraging - but still think we will see red here today (note that 18 discount to Gross is about 30-36 discount to NAV) | williamcooper104
29/10/2020 18:39 | Unlike Cine - HMSO is puntable in that it's not going to fall over tomorrow | williamcooper104
29/10/2020 18:38 | Retail parks still flying of shelves in private markets Will soon get a mark on large shopping centres via Intu sales - that will be very interesting - they are likely to be less than red book but will they be more than the implied value in HMSOs share price?? | williamcooper104
29/10/2020 11:57 | Lighthouse still buying ! | s34icknote |
