Sewage pipes perhaps |
Have some respect. BB is a pipe expert. |
FFS along comes Broadfraud 🙄
Go to bed Sarah 🤣🤣129315; |
The twin pipeline HAD a capacity for ca 1.6MMstb...but one of the pipes is Kaputt, rotten, corroded, no longer in service. BOTAS, quite rightly, never repaired the second one and currently have no such plans to do so; looking back at annual flowed volumes it's no wonder: the pipeline has never flowed anywhere near the anticipated (contractual) volumes. The currently usable, single pipeline has not been stressed above about 500- 550Mbopd for many years. |
A few things there Sarah:-
a) - It was taking up to 500k bpd.
b) - The pipeline system has a capacity of 1.6 million bpd.
c) - If you want to make a point Sarah the onus is on you to provide the supporting evidence, don't expect us to go looking for it for you. So why can't you post it up.
And don't forget the link. |
Check out Middle East Eye 20th December 2024 and then you can apologise you pos. |
"I assume that you and they haven't seen the article that was published a few months ago proving me totally correct:-)"
No Sarah we haven't.
So post it up and let's have a look at it.
And while you're looking for it you can think up a reason for not posting it up at the time. |
"The bottleneck is FK. Have you checked how much it can take."
Now then Sarah.
If you were designing and building an international oil pipeline that had a capacity to move 1.6 million barrels a day you would design into that system a pumping station that could only pump less than that thus creating a bottleneck and reducing the capacity of the whole system to, what exactly.
Why would you do that.
YOU might do it but the people who design these things don't.
Better to leave it to the experts Sarah. |
Bigdump on total meltdown. She knows that as the chance of a GKP bankruptcy goes to zero, so do her reasons to live. |
30m is 10.5p per shareThe share price has risen 50% since the buyback announced, and apparently they haven't bought any.....Although we don't know what their brokers might have been up to.Imagine the effect on the share price of them buying 125,000 a day would have, if they proceeded like last real buyback?Maybe after Thursday they will.... |

Smates, Don't forget, that this year - the “moveable feast", Eid al-fitr - is forecast to take place from March 30 to March 31, 2025... In some places it doesn't do to rush around, or so it seems. And 2 years is up on 23rd also.., We'll see soon enough. GLA TT |
ICG have no road left , or should I say camel trail. |
I know most of what is in the media is noise, but if true, it beggars belief the timescales that they are working to. A meeting this week and another one next. Hard to understand the complete lack of urgency when there is so much at stake for so many (and I don't mean the iocs) |
Mmmm We did have an oil company rep from one of the Apicur companies saying a compromise was possible 2/3 days ago. Seems a lot going on this weekend Tanker docking at our port first time in 2 years. No previous news but Turkeys energy minister is visiting. A meeting this week in Baghdad and next in Erbil. Will be checking in very early tomorrow. Gla |

The endless news stories quoting the ICG/ KRG etc. are meaningless, as the last 3 months has demonstrated. Simply , endless “noise”. The only statements worth noting are those from APIKUR as they relate the actual situation.
I’ve read that APIKUR should compromise. Why? They comprised in 2022-2023 by continuing production without payment and are collectively owed $1billion! I recall 2 years ago Barzani said payments would be honoured….
About time to stop the never ending “ production about to recommence nonsense “ and outline what the Government will do to honour the PSC’s, the ones that have been determined legal and enforceable in the Courts. |
Going to get sorted this week imo. No point playing with fire at this stage of the game. |
Or drag it out as long as possible knowing that Marco Rubio has got their back. |
