The company is obviously sold TBA.
There will long since be an agreement in place regards what will be the FD issue on completion.
And whether options that vest will be cash settled or via stock issue.In part or whole.
The buyback to cancel was obviously the most efficient way and cheap to effect the deal they have in place.... Keep up.

Although no shareholders need to understand anything other than the co is SOLD and that formal announcement is by month end.

What price do you think they have got for it RB?
Each billion dollars paid = about 3.55 quid per share.
I would be amazed if they have sold for less than 5 bn bucks.

That is pushing 18 quid a share.
