The company is obviously sold TBA.There will long since be an agreement in place regards what will be the FD issue on completion. And whether options that vest will be cash settled or via stock issue. In part or whole. The buyback to cancel was obviously the most efficient way and cheap to effect the deal they have in place.... Keep up..Although no shareholders need to understand anything other than the co is SOLD and that formal announcement is by month end.

I thought stabilisation programs are designed to prevent cheap shares being available.

Why bother concentrating and then diluting through issuing new shares, why not just hold in Treasury?

CRIKEY

some proper THICK trolls on here

"they have the stock they need to satisfy on reissue all the vesting options"

ALL buy back shares were cancelled and there are ZERO in the treasury so when it comes to the snouts exercising their options they will have to issue more shares which renders the recent buy back exercise a complete waste of time AND money

anyway who remembers on the 3rd July 2024 DEAD HEADS FINAL CALL to get in at 153p and collect your LAST EVER 'bang gone its sold on the 4th July' 5p dividend

132p on the bid and still no sale

roll up roll up get your 5p dividend

and lose 16p (net) in the process

with buy backs complete there is nothing left to prop up the SP

thank f l u c k I don't listen to the multi alias bang gone TROLLS

bwahahahahahahahaha :)

So, the $10 million buyback has done nothing for the share price. Better utilised in paying higher dividends.

hsf, it was your prediction which only appeared when the whole process was well underway and not before.

There is no evidence that it was the company’s target before the process started.

There is no evidence that 1.400 had any importance even if it was the final answer.
