I think they have the authority to buyback more if they see fit. From the May statement:The Board will keep under review the Company's capability to distribute excess cash by way of dividends or additional buybacks, considering the operating environment and the Company's liquidity position

They have averaged 1.25m a week.Over 8 weeksThey could spend twice as much..., indefinitely...However, it surely has not been for the lack trying, this is NOT a simple buyback to reduce capital..Its a pre takeover MAR stabilisation program that the @TakeoverPanel will have approved.That has targets to fill which they nearly have.....

The company is obviously sold, the buyback is MAR Approved and once target hit, that is show time.
2.75% I very very much doubt , far too generous plus we can see the scale of options anyway required near enough,so up to 300k more to go .

VWAP target hit yep.
The capital concentration dictates the total number of shares the program will have been designed to buy.
That also equates to the number of options that will vest + the CEO stay bonus , that’s 50% his annual salary in shares.
They have enough .
Deals are normally 1.5 - 3.0% dependant on how generous a payout they manage to negotiate with buyers.
It will be a round number .
2.25 another 80k . I doubt very much it will be 3%.
2.50 would be another 300 or so.
We are very close for sure.

The IOCs have not yet agreed to the money allocated to them.
