The numbers are compelling. Try buying almost 5m shares over 30 different days in different quantities and prices, and end with a vwap of not 1.4 but 1.4000, 4 degrees of resolution, cannot be coincidence agreed. Then try to do the same and concentrate the share issue by not 2.2 but 2.200% 3 degrees of resolution, chances are like finding Elvis alive in a Tibetan monastery.......
